About Shady Motel
Shady Motel is a very clean and functional place to stay, described as a little gem and the best place to stay in Caliente. The rooms are always clean and fresh, providing exactly what you need with enough towels, space, and furniture including a refrigerator and microwave. The air conditioner works well and the accommodations are nice. The beds are firm but nice, though the pillows are noted as rock hard. Breakfast is minimal with yogurt and cereal, but a restaurant opposite serves delicious food. The owners are some of the nicest people. Its location is perfect and walkable to everything in the town, including a restaurant, bar, and grocery store. It is a good, dependable, and recommended place to spend the night.

Great hotel in a convenient location in Caliente. Front desk personnel very helpful and accommodating. Clean, spacious rooms. Quaint little town.

Stayed in the Shady for a month for work, and it was great. Nice, large room with good internet. Housekeeping did great keeping the place clean as well.
