We use to go there and it was BOMB!! But it was the cook!! She isn't there no more she told me she was going back home to be with her grandkids. The chef I saw come in after her didn't wash his hands he'd touch his face or his mouth and or nose and then handle the food. Sorry but I'll pass there too. I'm not keen on people being dirty when they handle my food. There are regulations to be followed

Listen!!!!!!! Not only did she make it FAST! But OMGOOOOSH MY SANDWICH WAS PERFECT! I HAD HAPPY FEET! She made me feel like family instantly!!! I love you sister!!! Will definitely visit again when passing through!

One of the most hospitable gas stations I've ever been in. Also the burger joint is phenomenal. Didn't catch the red headed cashier kids name. But very awesome guy. If passing along 80 it don't look like much but it'll have you taking a few minutes to say something good about them.

I mean what is not to love about this spot? Fries come out hot and crispy, burgers are cooked up fresh, and Kim is an absolute gem of a human, one of the sweetest people you'll ever meet. Do stop in for a bite if you're in the area!

Really good food. The wait time is a little long, but is understandable because there is usually only one person working that I've seen. Prices are a little high though!

Delicious, fast and friendly. My husband had a double cheeseburger (each patty was about 1/2" thick) and I had a grilled chicken sandwich. We shared an order of crispy tater tots and were very satisfied with the food.

While making a trip from California to Elkhorn Nebraska we stopped into a small town along interstate 80 called Carlin. We stopped at a local gas station for gas. We saw Subway sand which across the street which was crowded. We decided to try out Build a Burger inside the gas station store. Holy cow. It was amazing. Wife had a bacon cheese burger and I had an Ortega burger. We split a order of fries. The price was very cheap compared to California prices. The people behind the counter were so friendly and nice. The gentlemen who was working behind the counter at the convenient store says he highly recommends their burgers. We will be stopping in on our way back to California in a few days.

Really not impressed. The prices are high, the portions are small, it doesn't taste that great, and the wait time is ridiculous.
