Terrible storage experience — would not recommend
I’ve rented storage units in various states over the years, and this has been by far the worst experience. There is no climate control, and after just two months, all of my belongings were covered in dust. When it rains, the roof leaks, and the units themselves are not sealed properly, allowing small rodents to get in.
The monthly price is $80, plus a mandatory insurance fee, for a small 5x5 unit — which is incredibly overpriced considering the poor conditions.
I ended up finding another storage facility for just $20/month for the same size unit, in a modern building with proper climate control. Save your money and look elsewhere.
Upd. You forgot to explain why your roof is leaking in the storage unit. For $20, I rented a storage unit in Reno with a guaranteed fixed price for one year
