Totally pleased with service—like that the company is able to keep track of the fuel. Tech was very pleasant, explained/answered questions. Easier to reach someone by phone than in the past. Am older so nice to feel confident about home heating. Thank you. Barbara K.

We had a leak. It took more than 6 weeks to resolve the issues, with an ultimate tank replacement. We were promised a no cost replacement, that was a lie! We have been waiting for more than 6 months for an electronic monitor for refill levels. It has been promised to be installed several times, still waiting! If you can avoid Amerigas, do so! They spend a lot of money doing customer service surveys, that money would be better spent, actually doing what they say & providing "CUSTOMER SERVICE"!

Excellent professional and friendly service. Our driveway is difficult to enter and the driver worked until he got the truck close enough and stretched the hose to fill out tank.

Previously answered survey 5*. After the call 2 major problems. The service call was routed back to the local tech that said I had to go to the call center as he no longer can change telemetry units which are all serviced and installed by 3rd party. Told to expect tech at 8am as it was 1st avail appt. Stayed for 2hrs before leaving but called call center again to get update on arrival. Wasted another 10 min and received no update. Now starting all over after wasting hours.

Terrible company. They attempted delivery to my old address TWICE before finding my real address (they've delivered here before). After filling they tacked $30 onto the bill for "fees" which they didn't disclose beforehand. When I called customer service the person was very rude and my request was denied. Will never use them again and will advise everyone I know to not use them.

My gas was left empty for weeks, on two different occasions, I had to call multiple times just to get a delivery.

This company is a good example of how customer service and business procedures should not be handled. They have customer service reps out of the country, not familiar with local needs, they don't follow their own procedures, they champion "delay and deny"-They are late to deliver and quick to send bills.-They love to increase the price before delivering gas.-Their business model is bait and switch.-They will let you run out of gas and then tag a fee for $199.00 because you ran out of gas and they must do check (for my own safety) guess what, last time the driver told me that he did not have time to do a check but charged me the $199.00 regardless.By far this is the worst gas company in the area.STAY AWAY!!!!!

Terrible company. Terrible customer service. We are out of propane after they failed to fill us on a regularly scheduled fill, and I have been trying to get an emergency fill for over 24 hours. 6 phone calls in and hours spent on hold have given us literally no answers or results. I will be cancelling my account once I can speak to a real person

Been told that gas would be delivered by the 9th. didn't get it called on the 10th for answers, was to the morning of the 11th. didn't get it, called and then was told that we had to redo our account. What a joke of service and not to mention everyone in customer service don't know what they are doing whole company needs to be replaced.

I called with some questions about my account. The person I spoke with put me on hold while they looked for some information that they said they emailed me. It never came. After they came back from having me on hold, I asked another question, the line was quiet aside from the loud call center in the background so I assumed they were looking something up to answer my question. After a couple of minutes, I asked if they were looking something up and they said um hm. Then after a few more minutes, they asked if they could do anything else for me. I'm not sure what was happening during that time I thought I was waiting for an answer but it was all a waste of time. I didn't get any of the information I was looking for. I called back to get another person to ask for information on how to talk to someone locally about a local issue and I was told they weren't allowed to help me get in contact with anyone from AmeriGas locally. If I could give a zero-star rating I would do that, but one star will have to do.

Absolutely zero accountability or customer service! Out and out lying reps continue to blow me off for two weeks. Been promised delivery FOUR TIMES in two weeks and no delivery yet! Several phone calls result in run around bs and refusal to give yes or no answers about pending deliveries. Will get a different service company next week!!!
