From the moment I contacted the office, their service rep Jeff was prompt and professional, fitting me into his schedule quickly, which was a huge relief. He diagnosed the problem right away and had it repaired in no time. Not only was the repair done efficiently, but his pricing was also very reasonable, which I appreciated. It’s clear Jeff takes pride in his work, and he left my dryer running perfectly. I highly recommend his service to anyone in need of appliance repairs!”

“College Avenue Home Depot Contractors Checkout, Tuesday, September 12th, 4 30 PM.The clerk could not find nylon mesh material, and checked online. The store did not seem to carry the product. She was polite and well polilshed. She is of high school age, and she even called someone for assistance. No answer. Since I could not find the nyon mesh I was looking for at the HD website, I assume she did the best research job she could.I bought some scrap lumber at 70% off. As the CEO of a local Internet Provider, we have a No Employee Poaching Policy. If not, I would have offered her a new job on the spot.”
“People at the pro desk always seem too busy. Everytime I call the customer service desk Noone answers. Can't get work done or order what's needed. Also online design for orders is hard and confusing, when you make an online purchase it charges you multiple times and doesn't show what it's for. Makes it hard to itemize what you bought and show what it was for. Also when I tried to get itemized receipt for everything the system couldn't do it.”
“I want to give a shout out to rent center Carson city ! They came to check my washer at almost 8 pm , the store is going a hard time right now . Two people quit and the whole staff has been sick So I say hurrah to rent a center”
“Overall, I was helped pretty decently. There wasn’t a lot of staffing when I went in during the middle of the week in the afternoon but that’s OK. The front desk guy was really nice and helpful. I got my dash cam installed, would you need to turn around and go to the side of the building, but the guy was really nice and efficient. I would definitely recommend getting a dash cam installed from these guys if you need to.”
“I went with my boss (50yo) and im (20) The lady that was selling the buckets of paint made in-place was all the time referring to him as my “dad”. Great funny experience. I guess we somehow looked alike?

Sam quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it while charging a fair price. He also gave us guidance on how to prevent the issue in future. I highly recommend him.”
