She was polite and well polilshed. She is of high school age, and she even called someone for assistance. No answer. Since I could not find the nyon mesh I was looking for at the HD website, I assume she did the best research job she could.I bought some scrap lumber at 70% off. As the CEO of a local Internet Provider, we have a No Employee Poaching Policy. If not, I would have offered her a new job on the spot.”
“Hands down, the best home depot store I have ever frequented. Uniformly, the staff are knowledgeable, helpful and customer focused. The staff who work in kitchens (Don), flooring and doors (Amanda) and help with custom designs of kitchens and doors are top notch, experienced and provide great guidance. While singling out two people, all the other staff I’ve worked with from returns to electrical were also superb.”

“The carson city best buy has always provided great service. Recently, I had an issue on a warranty that was partly my fault and partly best buys fault. The assistant manager, Ulysses, was so attentive and knowledgeable for my situation. When he needed more, he reached out directly to the manager and both were incredibly understanding and accommodating. For years, I have shopped at Carson city best buy and almost always purchase the Warranty on electronics. It has always been so easy to use and I appreciate their help through the years. They're very consistent and I highly recommend!”
“Sam did a great job repairing our dryer. He was able to fit us into his schedule much sooner than the other companies we contacted could. Sam quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it while charging a fair price. He also gave us guidance on how to prevent the issue in future. I highly recommend him.”

“Our freezer went south and we were in a bind. All the big box stores couldn’t deliver anything for two weeks, and nothing big enough in stock. Then we remembered Northern Nevada Appliance. Laura greeted us as we came in, what a pleasant and knowledgable lady. They had freezers in stock and could deliver in two days. Plus, Laura looked up what the big box stores were advertising the same freezer for (which was on sale) and offered us the same price. Martin, who delivered our freezer, was super nice and very helpful making sure we were satisfied and answered all of our questions. Next time we need an appliance we will be going to Northern Nevada Appliance first.”
