I came to this location this past weekend and was sorely disappointed in our treatment. Which is surprising considering all the positive reviews on here...
My husband and I stood in this store for more than 20 minutes and never got greeted. We got looked at from a girl in the door, but no "Hi, welcome in" or "How can we help you today?" So, instead of being rude and loudly presenting myself like other customers would have we just left.
Apparently you have to be people they know for the front people to care. š¤·āāļø Oh well... on to the next store to buy my items.

Went in to get an upgrade to 16. They only had one in the store and it was 1T (more data storage then what I had) and would be $50 more a month then my current plan. When I asked for a breakdown of the new charges I was told it could not be done, only after my purchase was completed would I be able to see the breakdown on my bill. I began to get texts and emails that my SIM card was being transferred. The rep then told me he had a 512 but only in black. And the cost would be less but was pushing the 1T without giving me the breakdown cost. I said I canāt do the deal without seeing the breakdown first. There was also confusion about insurance, and he stated the insurance comes with the phone. I have insurance on my old phone and wanted to be sure I wasnāt paying twice. He said if I didnāt want the insurance I could cancel it after 15 days, but I had to get it with the new phone. This was not explained correctly to me. I want insurance but I donāt want to pay twice for it. All I wanted was a breakdown of the charges and was told by Randy the manager that it was not possible until I purchased the new phone. He literally kicked me out of the store, said never to come back. Iāve been an ATT customer 25 years and upgrade every 2/3 years. I always get the breakdown before I agree to the purchase, as is fair, customary and reasonable. No so in this store.

We just left the store where Jakson helped us. We went in to get a phone replacement since my phone stopped charging. He was very helpful and friendly and showed us all of our possible options. We got a completely new phone for only 16 more dollars per month and a case and screen protector. He did all the set up for us, definitely come to this store if you have any issues or questions!

Iām so happy I went with AT&T and the store manager (Randy) was awesome. He guaranteed that the service was better than version and it definitely is. I can actually make a call at the beaches in Tahoe. Randy also helped my husband and I get on a plan together and weāre paying 1/3 less each than we were with Verizon. Randy was so helpful and tentative, the best customer service Iāve ever received. Love the fishes too, a very homey atmosphere at Topsy lane AT&T :)

I thought the Gardnerville store was bad. The AT&T store in Gardnerville set me up with a prepaid plan on my own internationally unlocked completely portable Motorola. I have another Motorola phone that I need to set up the same way. You can clearly see the plans on AT&T website for prepaid. But when I went into here to ask about buying a SIM card and activating it for a prepaid plan the woman looked at me like I was completely off my rocker. She flat-out told me AT&T does not do have SIM cards or sell prepaid plans what the Hell. . So God help you if you want AT&T service because you will not get it in Carson City or Gardnerville. I'm about sick and tired of these 20 something kids that think they know everything and only want to push a subscription plan and do not want to offer customer service and actually do their job. I'm going back to net10 where I at least get customer service and a phone with service. By the way, their internet plan sucks too. Don't let them talk you into internet.

Worker didnāt even know what the plans entailed. They wrote it down like they knew what the price was gonna be and when I got my bill it was almost double. Canāt believe this is the pricing for phone service.

Ran all around Carson yesterday trying to find a clip case for an i-Phone 6 and this location was the ONLY one that had anything.
Legit the coolest and most understanding guys behind the counter! This was by far the best AT&T experience I've had in the Reno/Carson areas!!

We have had Randy as our Rep for yers now. There is NO ONE... I repeat, NO ONE! who will ever touch our account. Unless he dies or retires this store is our go to. We have two company accounts and although we aren't particularly demanding, we are particular. These guys are on their game, there is literally nothing we have thrown at them that they have not handled. From porting over difficult numbers held by other companies, to managing over 50 lines and keeping our account pristine. You guys are the best AT&T team out there. Thank you

The employees in this store are exceptional, Randy helped us and did an amazing job getting us set up with new phones and āthe Best Dealā just as advertised. He was efficient and knew what he was doing! We will be returning there for any future needs.

The store rep listened to my situation and desires and then responded with a great solution.I only hesitate to call it the "perfect fit" because I am waiting to see how AT&T billing changes as we move forward. Thank you!

I highly recommend this AT&T store location. The employees are kind and welcoming. I felt very comfortable the time I spent there upgrading my phone and adding a new line. Courtney helped me and she was phenomenal, she found an answer or resolution to any bump in the road.

Randy at the Topsy store was incredibly helpful, patient, and kind. My account was difficult to transfer, and I am pretty low tech, but Randy helped in a most professional way to resolve everything for me. I highly recommend him to anyone.
