Today was an errand day for us: 2 doctors’ appointments, Costco, etc 40 minutes from home. In the middle of the first appointment my husband lost cell service. I inadvertently had left my phone at home. Of course all of the details of my day were on my phone; my shopping list and the location and time of my second appointment as well.. Thank God for Yessica! She helped us through an automatic Apple update that shuts down service during the update. She let us use their store guest WiFi account which was required to let the update occur. Hang on to Yessica, she’s knowledgeable, kind and efficient!!

No improvement needed at the 1894 E WILLIAM ST Carson city NV.Whenever I visit this location, all my problems are handled with professionalism and streamlinedThe team is very welcoming and inviting.I waited less than one minute before I was helped with my problem.The rep who helped my mother, and I was very polite and understanding with our technical issues. By far the best wireless customer service I've ever experienced from any carrier.

Switched from T-Mobile due to poor customer service. Was advised prior to finalizing our switch that our plan would be $204/month. We have been charged $218 for 6 months. Asked them about the overcharge at the 2 month mark. Was told not to worry our bill will even out it just takes one or two billing cycles. Tried calling today when I checked my bank account and saw $218 was taken out again. They won’t discuss anything over the phone. The only way they will discuss our bill is if we go in in person with our id. We recently moved to silver springs which is 45 minutes away, or I would have to go in after my full day of work in Carson to have a discussion. The female employees are extremely juvenile and unprofessional. Was able to get our bill lowered by their customer service team after calling 611 but only after calling them fraudulent and threatening a lawsuit. Worst company ever!

I went into the Carson City, Nv store to get my wife a new phone. I was told that my first bill would be just a little higher due to a Activation fee. No problem. When I got my bill it was over $200.00 higher. I called AT&T about the bill and was told that the person at the store added all kinds of things to my bill so he could get a higher commission. I tried to call the store and was told by the Assist Manager that they could not due anything on the phone. I had to come in person to talk to them. I will never step foot in that store again.

The representatives here are amazing!!! Lot better than the entire at and t customer call center put together!!. Jackson, Ryan and one more rep who’s name I don’t remember(had a beard) made my day when I had a real issue which no one were able to solve even on call.Thank you for your service guys!!

Jackson is/was smart, efficient, pleasant, and knew what he was doing. He "came through" when others--AT&T online chat people, a store clerk at the Tahoe AT&T store, AT&T phone reps, and AT&T automated phone responses--could be of no help and just kept me going in circles and not following through on promised conference callbacks to me. So a BIG thank you goes out to Jackson for gold-star customer support!!!

The manager of this particular store is absolutely amazing willing to do. What? Needs to. B? Done. To make the customer satisfied the rest of the staff couldn't really place a value on them. They come and go so much and honestly even a slightly informed customer is a bit more educated than they are.

I don't entirely know where to start without sounding like a complete Karen. Let me start off by saying that it is incredibly difficult to get people to not only show up to work, but to also care about their work these days and that is definitely the case at AT&T. The individuals at work there are just kids and they act like it too. Management doesn't get back to you when they say that they will and they are just kids as well. Not saying that kids can't be good employees it's just these specific ones are not. I loath going into this store which is unfortunate and have little to no faith of getting any real help when needed.

Very nice staff as of 7-2023. A few of the chairs are broken but it wasn't crowded.
