“Robert Bean American Family Insurance has been my Home/Auto company I have used for years. I am so lucky to have them. I needed to file a claim on my home to replace my AC Unit after having an accident that destroyed the unit. I meet with Mr. Bean and filed the claim and he made it so easy to do. I quickly received a call from the claims agent and was quickly able to get my AC Unit replaced. Two things about American Family Insurance they don't make you feel stupid and they make the whole claims process easy.
