“These guys genuinely seem to care about their customers! I called on a Saturday to try to get my car in to be looked at. The skid plate under my engine was dangling a little after driving in the snow the last few days and I wanted to be sure there wasn't any real damage! Not only were they open on a Saturday, but they said just swing by anytime! I got there and within 5 minutes they had my car up on the lift and were replacing a body clip and some screws. They got my car down and said I was all done. I asked how much and they said don't worry about it! Most other places would've charged me just to make easy money. I truly appreciate the genuine care these guys have for their customers and will keep them in mind for any future car needs!”

“We purchased an RV water pump from Custom Truck Accessories but ended up not needing it. When we attempted to return the item — completely unopened and in brand-new condition — we were surprised to be charged a 30% restocking fee. This policy was never disclosed verbally at the time of purchase.
Update: Custom Truck Accessories came through and helped us resolve this issue. Thank you again!

“I got a flat tire unexpectedly during my lunch break at work, and on top of that I desperately needed all four winter tires. I only had $100 to my name and was honestly panicking about how I would even get home safely after work.
I started calling around, even asking for used tires. Carson Tires and Wheels were the only ones who showed genuine sympathy and understanding. They completely eased my stress by helping me get new tires and allowing me to pay in installments.
They were truly lifesavers. I don’t think I would’ve been able to go home at all without their help. I’m beyond grateful and highly recommend Carson Tires and Wheels to anyone. Compassion like this is rare.”

“Service was good. I do havee one comment regarding the coupon discount for oil changes. As I was searching for my discount, which I knew I received, I was unable to find it. I voiced this to my JL rep and no acknowledgement. I have up and paid the bill to find the coupon was sent to me via text on my smartphone. The reason I found this was because the service payment prompted a survey sent to my phone and there was the discount. Is there any way to utilize this coupon now? I've been a loyal customer for many years. Thank you for consideration.”
“Jesus was amazing to me. I have car shield and he worked with them for me. Unfortunately, they didn’t cover all of it so I had to come out of pocket too. I understood the reasoning though. Jesus was patient with me, explained everything, and worked as fast as car shield snd the parts would allow. I definitely will go back here for my automotive needs!”
