“These guys genuinely seem to care about their customers! I called on a Saturday to try to get my car in to be looked at. The skid plate under my engine was dangling a little after driving in the snow the last few days and I wanted to be sure there wasn't any real damage! Not only were they open on a Saturday, but they said just swing by anytime! I got there and within 5 minutes they had my car up on the lift and were replacing a body clip and some screws. They got my car down and said I was all done. I asked how much and they said don't worry about it! Most other places would've charged me just to make easy money. I truly appreciate the genuine care these guys have for their customers and will keep them in mind for any future car needs!”

“We purchased an RV water pump from Custom Truck Accessories but ended up not needing it. When we attempted to return the item — completely unopened and in brand-new condition — we were surprised to be charged a 30% restocking fee. This policy was never disclosed verbally at the time of purchase.
Update: Custom Truck Accessories came through and helped us resolve this issue. Thank you again!

“I live in California but I was recently in Carson City for a medical appointment. After stopping for gas my truck developed a surging problem on start up, making it undriveable. Chuck's Auto Repair was recommended and Chuck told me to bring the truck down.
Chuck's guys jumped right on it, identified the problem and fixed it.

“Friendly, efficient, affordable. Had received a defective replacement alternator for my pickup truck. Was a 2 day job doing the replacement. Parts supplier tested and found replacement defective. At 77 years old had no desire to go through the work a second time. Gene was highly recommended. They arranged for replacement part and installation for very reasonable price. Truck was ready same day. Only things they don't do is sell and install tires. Found my go to mechanic in Dayton area. Really great work at reasonable prices.”

“Service was good. I do havee one comment regarding the coupon discount for oil changes. As I was searching for my discount, which I knew I received, I was unable to find it. I voiced this to my JL rep and no acknowledgement. I have up and paid the bill to find the coupon was sent to me via text on my smartphone. The reason I found this was because the service payment prompted a survey sent to my phone and there was the discount. Is there any way to utilize this coupon now? I've been a loyal customer for many years. Thank you for consideration.”
“Another great experience with the team at 395 Motorsports. Brought my 2017 KTM 1290 SDGT in for an inspection/repair following an unfortunate incident with some road debris causing a near crash and 2x destroyed rims. Shoutout to Jenny Vargas, their service writer/warranty specialist. She was professional, knowledgeable, and patient providing insight and updates along the way. James Collins had her back. A great thing going in their service department. Maybe someday they'll train the service department at Michael's of Reno and show them how it's done
