Very rude staff, bad attitude. This is the first Bank of America center that I have ever visited that doesn't values their customers.

The typical bank transaction of cashing a check was a surprise. I was advised by the bank teller that they could no longer just cash my checks! They told me that the check must be deposited unless I have the funds to cover the check. For many years I have been able to simply cash my check and not deposit it into my account. This must be a way for the IRS and the government to know what funds you have. Big Brother is watching!

Well they are now in their refurbished building, but obviously forgot to refurbish their customer service skills. This bank seems to be filled with the most inattentive staff that could be found. Working online is just as bad unfortunately. This branch decided to put a notice of hold on a government issued paycheck stating that they did not think it would fund. I know our government has it's downfalls, but really? Now that I have direct deposit set up, they decided to hold the funds again? Bank of America, if you need to borrow my full amount of money to make more on the interest just let me know. Don't hold the money that I use for everyday life... I should have stuck with Wells Fargo. All I had to deal with there was a crappy demeanor rather than the all around crappy service.

Not helpful not one bit. Once my money is deposited to my account. I am go to a credit union. Enough is enough with Bank of America. Their customer service 800 number was more helpful than this branch. The date the teller told me were different from the ATM deposit and 800 number. Branch manager was to lazy to talk to a customer.

Bank of America as a company will f*** you over for any extra dollar they can. Do not use Bank of America. At all. Do yourself a favor and take it from a 10 year victim of them. I'm switching all my accounts to UFCUwhere I don't get gypped.

So I went to the bank today as I needed a cashier's check. I had heard that they were doing all of their business from the blood red van outside in the parking lot. So I entered this vehicle and stood in line behind about 6 people. The two tellers move pretty quick, and that was good. But when I finally reached the window, I started to question my decision of going to this location. I was greeted by some rude girl who demanded I swipe my card. I then requested a cashier's check, and she began to fill out the withdrawal slip. She didn't even ask for ID, and it was an almost $2000 transaction. She got snippy and mad when I had to repeat the amount and then told me it would be a $15 fee for the check. I was shocked by the high price for the check, but I understand large corporations don't get large by waiving fees. She then proceeded to tell me next time I need a check I can talk to a banker and then they can change my account type. Which bothered me because wouldn't that be something you should mention prior to completing the transaction. All in all, not a pleasant experience. I would not recommend this bank (especially this location) to anyone. They are very unprofessional, and if you want to be valued for more than a person to fee to death, then I'd find another financial institution.

Went in with my fiancé so he can transfer from Wells Fargo to BOA. There was already quite a long line for the bank tellers, so we went up the the desk as soon as you walk in. The Asian lady at the front desk just seemed so unprofessional. We asked her how long the wait would be, and her response was somewhere along the lines of "not sure, go take a seat." No smiles nor please not thank you. We initially felt so unwelcomed, not the way to treat new customers. But, I've been a loyal BOA cardholder since I was 15, I've always gone to the other BOA location and never had a problem. However, we were obligated to come here, since the other location was being renovated or something. Since they didn't give us any answers, we asked if we should just go to a different location. The lady at the desk just laughed accompanied by "then go." Jesus...horrible horrible customer service. No wonder why I hear bad things about this BOA location. At least the other staff, Jessie, politely told us that we should just come back after 3pm. 1/5 for customer service and the waste of time.

I went here on Friday, May 11, 2018 to cash a check drawn on this bank. After waiting in a long line (it was a Friday, so I guess a lot of people were cashing their paychecks), I got up to the teller. She refused to cash it without charging me a fee, since I had no account there, even though it was from their bank! After I complained, she went and got a manager, who said she might be able to do it for me, but after waiting another five minutes for her to make phone call, she came back and said no. I give her credit for at least trying, but ugh, a wasted trip and a bad policy for their bank. They have to nickle and dime their customers to make money. This is why I have always chosen credit unions in the past.

Horrible Customer Service. The tellers are always very rude every time we go in. I have been a customer for over 15 years and they harass my husband to no end when he comes in to deposit cash into our checking account. The tellers must really hate their jobs to be such nasty people.

I just opened accounts two weeks ago and am sorry already. Funny how attentive everyone is to get your account and then you get kicked to the curb. My check order is not correct and I am trying to get someone on the phone to get it changed so I called yesterday and the phone rang 10 times without an answer. so today I call and am told that she is busy will call me back. 4:10 and no call back so I call with the phone ringing 12 times, no answer.
