I dropped in unannounced during tax time to see if I could get my taxes done and Michael was gracious and accommodating. He had my taxes filed in no time and I was very happy with the outcome after trying to do them myself on an online tax site and coming out with a very different answer. He will be seeing me in the upcoming tax seasons!

I had a few tax questions and saw that this place had "request a consultation" via Yelp. Michael emailed me back almost immediately and said he was available for a phone call in 90 minutes. I called and spoke with Michael, who was very helpful in answering my questions. It's rare you get professional guidance for free these days, so I'd like to thank Michael for his expertise and prompt response to my inquiry! If I DO end up needing professional services, I plan to hire Michael with Bertrand & Associates!

Looking for a CPA to handle next year's taxes. Left a voicemail and filled out the online information form two weeks ago - no reply. I get it if you are at capacity for clients, but you should have at least responded and said so.

I was looking for an accounting firm to help me with the responsibilities as the treasurer of a Non-profit organization. Michael Beltrand responded to my request immediately and contacted me. He spent a great deal of time learning about my organization, income, expenditures, and other functions of the organization. He then asked how I currently conduct our monthly business transactions and annual financial statements. In the end, he recommended that we utilize a simple book keeping process and other suggestions to help our organization. All of this time and effort and NO CHARGE! THANK YOU SO MUCH MICHAEL! Michael has been our accountant since 1998. Trust is what I would use to describe his service. He always is up-to-date on the latest tax code and is very organized. He navigated our non-profit thru the IRS probation period and after we received our 501(3)C. We've always been on time with no problems. So if you want a great, current, trustworthy CPA, choose Michael!
