Terrible customer service. They tell you to bring your items in, you are paying for this service, you schlep the thing there, only to be turned away. Customers are tired of hearing we're understaffed especially when paying hundreds for a service.

Bought ring camera's work great installation was great. One camera wasn't charging now 6 months after it was replaced, they still haven't fix the problem. I was going to buy more camera's and new TV and sound system. Now so disappointed going to look elsewhere.

Bought a BLU G56 phone unlocked from Best Buy. I was never told that the phone did not work with Verizon and their are no signs in the store. After getting home and calling the carrier I learned this and now to return the phone they want a 45 dollar restocking fee. I wouldn't have bought the phone if I had know this and it's somehow my fault to take the loss.

Overall, I was helped pretty decently. There wasn’t a lot of staffing when I went in during the middle of the week in the afternoon but that’s OK. The front desk guy was really nice and helpful. I got my dash cam installed, would you need to turn around and go to the side of the building, but the guy was really nice and efficient. I would definitely recommend getting a dash cam installed from these guys if you need to.

nice to have expertise and advice but depending on staff you might have to wait a while for help. took them 20 minutes to get me help but the service made up for it.

Fern was professional, super friendly, and helped me find a solution for a faulty computer I had purchased online. He went above and beyond to show me various options. I can't express enough how nice his customer service was. Also, Christian in the customer service department was really knowledgable about the types of computers I might want to replace the faulty one with. He gave me a wonderful suggestion and I'm really happy with my purchase. Thank you both for all of your help, understanding, and exceptional customer service!!!!
