I always enjoy shopping at Big 5. Their staff is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and the store is clean and organized. The staff is also very good at suggesting items that are on sale and asking if you have any questions. You are also welcomed when you come in the door which is very nice. You don’t feel like you’re ignored.

I needed an elbow brace. Alex took me straight to the display and showed me my options. Within 10 minutes I had my brace and was out the door. Excellent customer service. Thanks!

Not very helpful even though the place was not very busy. Eventually I found what I was looking for, but with no help from the staff. I've been here before when the service was better, so I'm going to chalk this one up to bad timing.
