Great store with great deals and sweet employees but had the misfortune of running into the manager. She was very rude to both me as a customer and rude to her employees. Unacceptable

Let's face it, it's a discounted retail store, so you really should know what you're getting. But there are hidden gems if you're patient. This is not my go to place, but it's decent and mostly kept neat. I notice empty racks in the back, meaning wasted display space. The small crew is troubling, but since the foot traffic is light, it's justified. I have found great, obscure items like Nike air vapor tours for cheap. I've even run across Calvin Klein shirts at knock-off prices. The inventory has dwindled considerably, but you can still find pretty good clothing items here. The jewelry selection is tolerable and the staff is very friendly. There is a massive parking lot shared by two other stores and it's easy to access off S. Carson north of the I-50. 6/19

It's very clean. Has just about everything for gift giving or "for you" shopping. Prices are good. Candle selection could have been better as I was not looking for just Christmas scents and holiday scents. Their fleeced lined women's leggings were lacking too Clearance selection was empty and sizes don't match up to hanger size. The store needs better organization with their clothing. It appears the store is not fully done, yet. There's a ton of empty rakes at back of store with tons of retail space being wasted. Friendly customer service but appeared to be a "skeleton" crew which means not enough working employees. All in all I'd go back but I'd love to see a more organized sizing experience. Oh, wonderful, beautiful and lovely holiday decorations!!

I had some time to kill and since Burlington was across the street from my hotel, I decided to check it out. I'll just be straight forward with y'all and say that the older retail associate with blonde hair is a racist. I've never came across a scenario like this. Not only did she follow me around and watched me like a hawk, I noticed her greeting and helping customers who were "white" and she continued to follow me around as if I was going to steal something. I swear, I was about to go off on this b**** until a customer came up to her and asked for help. Minutes later, I started walking towards the exit and saw that she was right behind me AGAIN and I couldn't take it anymore, so I turned around and yelled that she was racist for following me around and I walked out of the store. To the racist older lady retail associate with blonde hair, you should be ashamed of yourself. You're a disgrace to humanity.

Burlington is till one of my favorite places to shop. With all the department stores dwindling the men's department's some Burlington's have even kept the big and tall sections and have still decent prices on things like jackets and hats, shoes and accessories with decent style at an affordable price. This Burlington's was no different. I walked out with a couple new hats, a new jacket, new pants and new shirt. My girls got a couple for treats at the counter too.

This place is pretty awesome. They have a huge selection of shoes for extremely good prices. I have bought atleast 3 pairs of heels that have worn fine. I also have purchased boots here on many occasions that I still wear to this day. The prices are also great on all the shoes. This store has everything including a good lil selection of scrubs in all colors!!! They have always a ton of dearfoam slippers, plenty of clothes, and cool purses too. The people that work there are usually* very polite, helpful, and they aren't dressing room natzis! (Yes there r hooks in the fitting rooms) The bathroom is very clean as well. For carson city this store is pretty decent and I always like to shop there.

I give this store 1 star for their baby stuff but I'll never shop in here again. The last two times I went in I had the misfortune of coming in contact with a miserable blonde woman who is the store manager. The first time I was returning a birthday toy that my nephew got two of and she insinuated that I stole it even though I had an effing receipt. The last time I was in she was nasty to my husband and son about not standing at the "right" place in the check out line. There were no signs and he's not proficient in mind reading. Who treats customers like this?? Forget this hole.

Great prices, good selection, my only complaint is that none of the dressing rooms have hooks in them, so you can try to set them and your stuff on the 6" bench or throw stuff on the dirty floor. Definitely odd.

This location had some good prices, the layout was different than others I have been in and they had a very small jewelry section as compared to most. The store was clean but the employees didn't seem too into their jobs. The only two employees I came across while shopping either didn't speak English or were avoiding me. I didn't buy anything so I had no experience with the cashiers only a few people on the floor stocking and cleaning in the shoe area. Worth a trip in if you are looking for something I was just browsing and with the jewelry section so small I didn't find anything unique or worth buying in this trip.
