Not a bad location, close to town but very small camping sites. Not much availability for parking if you have 2 vehicles; & if you happen to have a long truck and a large camper or 5th wheel you end up pretty squeezed in unfortunately. It's very well taken care of and clean. I just wish there was more space in between campsite spaces & a large area for the dogs in the park that included grass and more room for them to be running and playing and getting more exercise in. Overall I would recommend it if your looking for a place to camp in Carson city

Friendly and accommodating folks. I was grateful I found a place to stay a couple days to get some things done. I have no complaints and my dog was a happy guy too!

Ok folks, it's 2023. Time for everyone to quit relying on those old reviews and make way for the new. Clean, well-managed and located right on Carson St., Camp n Town has many amenities and won't tolerate troublemakers. Usually a couple of RV's available for purchase depending on your needs. Long and short stay available. Close to local fast food and shopping. Stop in and give it a look see. Very helpful folks.

Place has nice staff, very tight spaces, fairly quiet, convenient location off the streets, and seems to be mostly long term renters. 50 + dollars with discounts. Only complaint is the dog yard which did not look like a healthy environment.

Very expensive for what you get. I was here for three nights, they charged me $60/night, plus $20 to use the restroom facilities, plus $5 key deposit. The sites are somewhat level but all gravel there is no grass. The internet is spotty and fades in and out. Lastly the staff is very rude, and act like they're doing you a favor to take your money.

I was staying in this RV park wasn’t even there a month and they came and kicked me out because The owner didn’t like the looks of my RV plus there was a shooting there while I was there and they probably let them people stay the RV sites are so tight you can’t even hardly park your vehicle the place is ran down so I drove down the road and stayed at a better place

My wife and I live 50 miles north of Camp N Town. We took our trailer to Washoe Lake State Park and the place was full. Rather than go home My wife found this place. We spent 3 nights here and explored Carson City museums. Having full hookups was a nice experience as well. This is not the Hilton but it worked for us in a pinch.

What makes this place stand out and deserving of .......Well I'm going to tell you. The management office. The people in the management office and the residents who are willing to help another human being in need. What I witnessed today is the heart of this older yet charming RV park and a willingness to help anyone less fortunate......specifically the young mother that we are renting to. These good folks go the extra mile.....always. Kudos to Kurt, Dan and the guy who's name I didn't get. We could use more of the kindness that I had the pleasure of seeing in action today.

I'm truly saddened by what I was told. My son and daughter in law had to evacuate in their RV with a 1 year old and a dog. At first they were told yes at $785/month. Great! Then they decided my sons rig was too old. Are you kidding me?? This is an emergency situation and they didn't plan on being there permanently. Don't you have a heart??
