Didn't look at my vehicle for several days and charged me $400 for diagnostic work to not even figure out the issue. Did not even reset the lights they were asked to reset and tried to convince me that the alternator that came stock on the vehicle is the wrong alternator and wanted $1300 to replace it. Very dissatisfied with their service and will not be coming back or recommending Capital ford to anyone in the future. Stay away from these crooks.

Where's the "zero stars" button? After a recall service, they mailed me a coupon card for an oil change "and the works" service for $60. I called to schedule the service well within time of coupon, and was told that "the general manager had decided NOT TO HONOR any of their coupons! No explanation, no rain check, nothing! Uh, that's illegal, I said. Left a message with GM, no reply. Drove to Reno, where they did the job for $80(not the $120 regular price at this rip off joint.)

Please avoid this place, the service is so bad and the people are extremely rude. Had a misunderstanding about the service department and the management had to continuously blame me when THEY were clearly wrong or misinformed. We proved it to them and he still wanted to blame us over and over. I have not had my buttons pushed like this in a service industry ever. I have reached out to them twice by email and they won't contact me back. Just another layer of them not caring or trying to do what's right.

Takes over two months to get an appointment for a repair. I guess you're just S O L with them. So my car just sits, unacceptable!

I had been exploring prices and deals regarding a Ford Ranger. To view the deals on the site I was using, it required me to create an account. I received a phone call and an email from Hailey Gunter at my local Ford dealership shortly after letting me know some info and to reach out with any questions. I asked a question about my current vehicle. She helped me with it, even though it was a different department I needed. I felt she went above and beyond getting the assistance I needed. I'd give her 10 stars if I could.

Pickup service started out great. Yay
Took 4 hours to get the vehicle returned once it was done.
Price of a quart of oil went from $3 in Nov to over $8 in Aug.
Tech forgot to reconnect airbag switch and call to service went to voicemail. No reply so I had to troubleshoot myself.
Awaiting email to service manager to review issues...
I'm sure Ford wishes I were a Ram truck owner by now...
Update, Just took in my Vcl for works and everything went as expected. General service still an issue but at least they have the Works down pat.
other feedback -Improve what's available on Ford Pass App. Nothing with my local dealer works with the Ford Pass app. Big disappointment. Survey asked if I used the scheduling, vcl pickup, etc, on app but none of that is available at my local dealer.

My how three years can change things. Just had the worst experience in customer service from a business. Three days for a simple key issue but the issue was 9 phone calls to find out what was going on without a single response to messages left. Front office even hand walked a message back that was ignored. Spoke to a differe service advisor and was told simply "I dont know" better reword the "comittment" made to the customer service pledge on their website ***************************************Best and friendliest service department ever. Makes me want to buy my next truck there.
