Just bought our seventh vehicle in fifteen years from this Dodge dealer. This place is awesome to deal with from James S the sales manager to Andrew and Mike the salesmen and not to forget the awesome internet manager Maria they are all top notch. I won’t shop anywhere else when it comes to Ram and Dodge. Thank you so much for the help and thank you for the great service.

Is unable to return phone calls, or emails. Multiple employees will tell you they will get back to you in an hour/the next day/etc and will never get back to you. Lies about dates that parts will arrive or that they have even been ordered in the first place. Lies about sending me a reimbursement for a smog test that they should have done in the first place (it is required by law for them to reimburse which I am in the process of reporting to the NV Emission Lab). All this so they can save $50 dollars reimbursing me for a smog and ordering me a $18 blinker 68374916AA. Insane.

I received absolutely horrendous service given in the most ridiculous and untimely manor. With absolutely terrible customer service on top of that. After spending 4 whole weeks in their shop for a simple starter and 2 sensors, My vehicle was then returned to me with white grease spilled on the black leather on my door, back seat wasn't fully put back together, a strip of leftover foam from the previous owner's cover on the back of the bed was tampered with and torn in half for some odd reason when this was service on the electrical system. Highly recommend never bringing your vehicle here for service. Nothing but liars at this dealership, the vehicle was returned in worse condition than when I dropped it off and there were missing parts for my back seat. When asked why my vehicle wasn't put back together I was told it's because of how I have acted during this situation. Absolutely no way to deal with customers and absolutely no professionality. God awful. Here’s the thing the mechanics haven’t a clue what they’re doing nor talking about. Situation 1. Had an aftermarket remote start on my truck took it in because the battery was dying, I go pick it up and they say oh it’s the light bar. Spoiler alert it wasn’t it was the aftermarket remote start (if wired properly the light bar or any other aftermarket light won’t kill the battery) situation number 2. Bring the truck in for noise, all they did for a day and a half was hit my custom skid plate and caused a dent. Now is it noticeable eh unless you really look for it no but to straight up and say all u did was pull it into the bay and hit it and charge me 200$ dollars is ridiculous. I took it to my fabricator and he was furious it took them 3 days to fab/ weld the skid plate take it into powder coat and install. I am 100% never going here again.

Sales department wonderful.Parts department exemplary!Repairs and Maintenance department? Extremely sketchy, overpriced, and unreliable, I recommend avoiding if possible.It has been a few months now, but most recently got a quote for a repair by phone, $700+ to fix a wiper... $1800+ for a follow-up issue. I fixed it myself, properly, with help from Youtube for less than $90! You have the proper tools and experience! We come to you for trust and convenience. Please don't be greedy with us. $800 for 5 bolts and a 30 minute fix? Ridiculous and frustrating.Previously, I had maintenance done, and my dash cam showed the vehicle had not been touched all day but was then shut off without telling me. I was called with the "diagnosis" they couldn't have had time to make VERY shortly afterward. They basically parked it in the back then parked it back up front. Never saw a wrench and my dash cam wasn't running for almost a month! It's very important personally and for my job to have proof of liability if I were in an accident! Very shady thing to be hiding if you're doing nothing wrong. (Apx spring)Prior to that, I had paid a diagnostic fee, but they found nothing, twice, despite being told I would not be charged a second time! This cost me hundreds! Theivery. Other reviews showed similar experiences. Another time, I kept having to call back for updates. I want to trust you guys, but my experience over the years has not been reassuring. I certainly hope mechanics understand how important our vehicles are to us and start doing the right thing. I would not trust them with an oil change, let alone repairs or maintenance. Too many lies, false promises, and shadiness.

Was helped by the entire team and made the process super easy. I was able to order the truck I wanted and they over delivered. Came in earlier than expected and was beautiful. As the new owner of a 2024 Ram 1500 this is an amazing truck and everyone at the Carson Dodge Jeep Ram dealer was so nice and helpful. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Came in originally with the idea of going with a GMC and the Ram completely blew me away. Thanks to everyone here for all they do. They made my day and time purchasing a vehicle a very pleasurable experience.

I just picked up my new Last Call Challenger, and I could not be more impressed with Carson Dodge. I had visited several dealerships in my quest for one of these final Challengers, and they were all good, but no luck. Then Justin called me with an opening for an order, walked me through the whole process, and took care of everything from start to finish. There was zero pressure to upsell anything, I got exactly what I wanted, exactly the warranty options I wanted, and Justin has already checked in with me a few times to make sure everything is good (and it’s perfect)! Carson Dodge is Apple Store level of care for their customers. If you’re looking for a vehicle, Carson Dodge is your only option!

I made an appointment last week at dolan ram in Reno to get a powertrain inspection done to keep my lifetime warranty active .It only takes an hour or less for them to do it. I get there early and they tell me that I need to leave my truck with them for 24-48 hours and they would "try" to get to it. I made the appt. last week and nobody said that I needed to leave my truck there for 24-48 hours. I live 60 miles away from Reno and my truck is my only vehicle. I was "Furious". I can't write here what I told them and then I left.I then called Carson City Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram where I bought my truck brand new (2008 Dodge Ram 1500) and asked if by chance could they do the powertrain inspection. They asked if I could be there at 2:30PM...the same day...without an appt.!!! I told them that I was on my way. Yeah...it was an extra 40 miles each way. But they got it done. In the future I won't be stopping in Reno at the Ram dealer to have work done. I will stay on the freeway to Carson City CDJR.The slogan for the Reno Ram dealer is "get in and join the family". What a crock.They used to be a great dealer when it was just Reno Toyota. But after acquiring all the other car brands they now carry I think they have bit off more than they can chew.For everybody reading this...if you need a new or used Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or Ram...save yourself the headache and high pressure and make the drive to Carson City.See Jessica or John for service and James Szugye for sales.This review was not requested or solicited.

We walked around the lot looking at Grand Cherokees without any sales pressure.When we stopped to look at the Grand 4xe, Jason approached us and asked if we had been helped. He then offered to help us and we took a test drive.Afterwards, we went in and did the paperwork and drove out with our new Jeep.I was a car salesman in 1982 and have purchased a fair number of vehicles over the years. I have never experienced a sales transaction as smooth and professional as this one was.My hat's off to Jason and Carson Jeep.Thank you.

This is regarding my review of 2 days ago as it won't let me publicly respond to Don. As you can see Don responded with the usual drivel. He has said other people didn't actually contact them. Basically they just count on people not really reading these reviews too closely. He also implied I wasn't being truthful. Apparently their computer systems are as bad as their service. Here is the proof. Multiple texts (9) over weeks and no response. Don, is that your number? You said I didn't text you?? I'll also include screenshots of the seven texts I sent Tom that he didn't respond to. Again people, avoid this place.

As I sit out front of Carson City Dodge I'm writing this review... Scheduled appointment to fix my starter that was making grinding noises. Dropped truck off and they confirmed the starter was the issue. I called my extended warranty company and they confirmed it was covered. Gave CCD my extended warranty info. They called me back saying warranty would only cover 1.2hrs and they have 2.8 to do the repair. I told them this has to do with them and the warranty company not me. They wouldn't call the warranty company. I called the warranty company then 3-way called CCD where we spoke with Amy regarding the matter. The two went back and forth for a few minutes to find out Amy had the wrong VIN number for my truck so an additional service of 0.5hr was being called for that didn't exist on my vehicle, then claimed it would still be 2.3 hours. Warranty confirmed they only seen 1.2 in the book which is the same book CCD uses and CCD confirmed this over the phone but they wouldn't adjust their price. I spent over 4 hours dealing with CCD and my extended warranty and I finally decided to pay the difference of $489.25 so I could get my truck back. I showed up to pickup my truck and as they were driving it out front I noticed a constant POUR of gas leaking out like crazy. Never did I have a fuel leak when I dropped it off. I immediately pointed this to their attention and I was told well we can sell you a new fuel filter and oring for $165 and install it to fix the leak. Are you kidding me. I said no and asked for a manager of course one wasn't here. I said what do you expect me to do the service advisor came out with a used oring and said this might fix it. I asked for a socket so I could check the fuel filter cap and oring and they refused to assist me in anyway. So here I sit waiting for my kid to bring me a socket and 3/8 ratchet all the way from Verdi so I can replace an oring that wasn't leaking to begin with when the vehicle was dropped off. I referred many people to CCD and I have always drove the extra miles for the service and customer service I received here. NEVER AGAIN... I'm absolutely blown away over this whole experience!Update my son showed up with the socket and 3/8 ratchet to find that the oring was completely fine, but somehow the fuel filter cap was loose 1/4 turn... Hmmmm not strange at all CCD - DONE!

Excellent customer service! David in sales was a knowledgeable and patient instructor for my new-to-me jeep. Nathan in finance is an expert at navigating and preparing the paperwork, offering really good advice along the way. Both were reliably honest with me. I consider them both friends! for the life of my jeep and the next one I buy.

RAM vehicles are great. I have purchased three (two 2500s and a Promaster City) from this dealer. After my recent purchase the staff hounded me for several weeks to complete an online survey that I never received a link for. It took three phone calls to finally get the link sent to me. Now I have two DMV problems I have to sort out because they failed to file my trade in and new car paper work correctly. It has been a month and they still owe me a set of running boards that they can keep. And although I normally applaud businesses that hire developmentally disabled. The little chap who was with the salesman yesterday didn't help the situation at all.

They seem to be more than happy and helpful to sell you a car but after you buy and leave they just seem to ghost you. I've tried twice in the last 2 weeks to get some assistance with the vehicle I bought and no help and no return calls and no follow up. Just a thanks for the money and go f**k yourself!
