We've used Carson Valley/Tahoe Self-Storage for years and have found the facilities and service to be outstanding. The facility itself is clean and easily accessible. The service, particularly by Ivy, has always been friendly and helpful. We highly recommend CVTSS!

I've used self storage before elsewhere, so I can say with assurance that I've never been so impressed with an operation! The facilities are clean, easy to access and exactly as promised for climate control. The service is outstanding, both helpful and friendly. And last, but not least, they have economical prices -- I couldn't even be upset at the 6-month mark when the price increased a whole $5, which seemed pretty darned reasonable considering inflation. Overall, they have my enthusiastic recommendation to anyone looking for storage space.

We had to wait a couple of months to get a spot here, but we have been very happy with Carson Valley/Tahoe Self Storage. The location has been ideal, the responsiveness of the team (especially Ivy!) has been wonderful - they are always courteous and service-oriented. They always answer the phone (and questions) right away. A very secure spot, good monitoring of the area and great staff!

Comparatively high storage prices. No loyalty to long time customers. Increases every three to six months. What else can I say?? Compare prices before you choose this facility.

I've rent units at Carson Tahoe a number of times over the last 10 or 12 years. Units and properties have always been clean and well maintained. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. Doing business with them has always been a pleasure.

I used this storage for many years. This place is clean and very secure. The staff are very courteous and helpful. When I decided to close my storage I had moved out of state. They made the process very easy and sent me a nice email. Would recommend this place. Thank you to all the staff?

The owner so far since I've moved in there call the police on Me 2 days before my birthday as yelled at me for getting water I was told I could get into from there well free water Gods water and then when I was hurt because I broke a door he said it was in his problem so be prepared to deal with a big out-of-control paranoid rich man.

Couldn't be happier with the location and ease of getting in and out. the units are clean and the 24hr cameras and gates make it feel very safe. the pricing for units was good and the staff is very very helpful and the online payments make paying easy. I would highly recommend them for all your storage needs be it inside or outside. Five Stars...
