Tried to order food but their lenguaje barrier either in English or Spanish, doesn’t help,they always mess up your orders because they never understand what you order, so they pretty much ruin your meal and they act like is not their fault at all, so you have to waste your time money and gas to get your food make again, this is ridiculous 😡

Sad asada fries mas papas que nada. Bearly any meat and they don't even add beans or guacamole like the lady stated on the phone. Inaccurate information But I guess I should've checked before I left the store.

Driving back to WA after a 10 day ski trip to the Sierras and our friend recommended this place. It’s a Mexican market and they also have an amazing food stand. We got the chicken and asada burritos and I added lettuce and pico to mine. Soooo flavorful and fresh. Possibly the best burrito I ever had and somehow only 8.99? I wish I lived closer. At 8pm it seemed to be a dinner rush but we got a table and they seem to serve food until 10. They’re on Uber eats too.

The truth is that everything is very good but there have been two occasions that an employee of the restaurant who does not serve well has a very old character without the fact that she does it well she is a Chinese shit, a little blonde in the food that she takes as ordered

Tried the birria, this was bare minimum done, basically oil & meat. Paid $11+. I’ve traveled all over United States & this has to be the most expensive & grossest birria I’ve ever tasted. Flavorless, so oily thats literally all you tasted & you could see the oil sitting a good couple inches in the cup they gave.

Honestly, the service here is bad especially where the restaurant is. The employees are very rude. They act like they hate their jobs, which should not be anyone's business. People should consider looking for another option. Trash service 0/5 if I could rate it that way. I've never had a good experience here.

I ordered on doordash , I usually love the food here. Although this time I ordered my usual steak fries, they were hard , there's ketchup on them, they smell disgusting, look disgusting, and I can't eat them without gagging . I will never be buying again . I'm not sure what changed , but things are turning into a shit show .

I had a terrible experience trying to reach the person I was instructed to call multiple times, but he was unavailable. It was to place a Thanksgiving party food order, and The woman who answered the phone call provided very poor customer service and was disrespectful, ungrateful, and impolite. She even displayed a strong dislike for my voice, yet not knowing who was attempting to place an order. She seemed to lack education and did not seem concerned about the proper functioning of their business. I was highly disappointed with the phone call customer service they had employed.Unfortunately, I had a negative experience while placing an order over the phone. While speaking to the rude woman I was conversing with, she suddenly left me hanging for over 2 minutes on the phone, and the person on the other end started talking to her. This is not the level of customer service I expect as an essential customer. I will be looking elsewhere for a more reliable service. This is an excellent way to squash down the business and prevent it from flourishing. It may be a convenient store in Carson City, but it sure hires dead brains who run the phone calls and handle order matters like this woman with a miserable, rotten attitude!!

I got it delivered via door dash. Got here super fast. Anyway, lazy weekend so wanted something we all can just pick at. Got a pound of carnitas, beans, tostada shells, warm tortillas, guacamole, cilantro, onions and pico. The carnitas is just awesome. No fat! Yum. I will be going in there soon as I noticed they had a lot of fresh juices, smoothies, horchata and much more.
