Drive thru ATM is always down. Then the 24hr lobby ATM is only open during banking hours. So being the only chase in town no other ATM your forced to use other bank and get charged. If Drive thru always broke. Let us use lobby it has card access and is always supposed to be open. Or simply fix or stuff right.

I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the outstanding service I received from Derek today. He went above and beyond in assisting me with my bank account issues. Not only was he incredibly professional and knowledgeable, but he was also kind, patient, and truly cared about resolving my concerns.

I started a new job three months ago, paid every two weeks. I brought a check into the branch for the first three paydays. They would only give me a few hundred dollars. The fourth check same thing so I closed my account. US bank did much better the first check I deposited with them.

Received a letter from CHASE giving the reason for debiting our account as a payee had insufficient funds in their account so their check was returned . We called the CHASE customer support phone number requesting verification of insufficient funds in our payees bank account. CHASE chose to not provide the verification. We also called the CHASE branch who also could not verify there letter.
Again CHASE customer support said I need to talk with the CHASE branch and the CHASE branch said I need to talk with CHASE customer support. This is not the first time CHASE has ‘hand-balled’ an issue they chose to not resolve.
We also requested to speak with the CHASE branch manager. He has chosen to not respond.

There's some genuinely good people who work here. But their bosses, especially the branch manager are heinously aggressive, despite my soft spoken matter of fact responses, to what has been an abhorrent experience with Chase, and Chase customer service. If you haven't figured it out yet, corporate companies don't care about you, and chase certainly is no exception. You have lost a customer for life. Hope you decide to do better for your customers in the future.

I love it when the branch sends you to the online and the online sends you to the branch for the same issue...made a new account referral and the referral opened a business account. Chase did honor either the referral or new business account offers.
As mentioned previously, we opened a new account with a substantial deposit. Eight days later, Chase still has the deposit on hold. We know Chase has the money because it was debited from our Schwab brokerage account the same day the check was written. Chase had no problems debiting our new account the same day we opened the account.
These are just a few reasons we will never open a brokerage account with Chase. Banks don't need to provide service, they only need to be better than the guy down the road.

IF I COULD DO 0 STARS I WOULD, WALKED IN ASKING WHAT WAS NEEDED TO OPEN A BANK ACCOUNT. 4 DIFFERENT PEOPLE DECIDED I COULDN'T OPEN A BANK ACCOUNT WITHOUT EVEN TELLING ME WHAT IS NEEDED.

Chase decided to bait and switch. I had free check with Chase since they were Great Western now they inform me I have to pay $30 for checks. I have premier checking which is supposed to be free checking. I’m 100% service connected veteran and live on a fixed income,They are a multi billion dollar company And they want another $30 out of us this is unacceptable. It’s ridiculous the greed of the banks nowadays!!! now I gotta go through the process of finding a new bank. So much for customer service.

Wanted to take money out of course the teller thing is closed. Then she asked me how much money I take out what why does it matter how much I wanna take out with my money. Face looks like that was inconvenience for her, having to help me with the teller stuff. Too bad this is the only Chase in town or I would go somewhere else. And of course, the teller didn’t look pleased either.

Had trouble trying to setup a checking account online so went in for some assistance and was told that they had no appointments for today and I had to make an appointment so as I was about to leave Moe came out of his office and said if I could hang out for 10 mins his first appointment had not confirmed and may not show up. So I took a seat for about 5 mins and Moe called me in and said he'd help me and got me what I needed. I had a great experience. Thanks Moe!
