The tellers are the worst. They’re rude. Every time I go I expect a change in attitude, but it’s still the same. Management needs to make a change with tellers. Worse chase bank.

I went in to have my customer status upgraded to veteran. The nice young lady that helped me was very good! I do not remember.

Attitude is everything. If you choose to close your teller station early , you certainly don’t need to snap at someone for asking a simple question . A young Hispanic female teller but my head off for asking a simple question in a pleasant.

Unbelievable, I called today to make an appointment to open up a checking account, I was told that they are too busy to see me, that for me to just go online and do it! Unbelievable poor customer service! I will find a bank that wants to see me in person

Went in for two cashiers checks and it took over 30 minutes. Stay away from this branch. Our business has never had an experience like this at any chase branch and has banked with Chase for 7 years

Bank Manager was threatening and demeaning when asked for my identification showed him scoffed atit and said i could leave and was very rude about it don't go to this bank if you ever have a choice

This place has the WORST customer service. Every time I am in there, I have to wait. There's always a manager standing there greeting customers as we enter and then just continues to stand there. Would it be too much to ask for this guy to open up the other window to help the people as the line gets longer and longer? Apparently so. I do not recommend banking here.

I used to work for Chase and I can't believe the terrible service I received here today. If any of my former employees had treated a customer the way I was treated today I would've fired them. Absolutely ridiculous.

Poorly trained staff. I wanted to cash a check issued to me by Chase Bank for refund of overpaid mortgage interest. It took associate 20 minutes to cash it because she couldn't find the account number that the check was issued from. All she had to do was run it through the machine, it would have told her if it was a valid check or not. On top of that when she finally crashed it she didn't even count the money back to me.

Im super unhappy with this bank they hold my check way to long and most of the people that work here are rude and unprofessional and trying to get a hold of anyone is almost impossible im never happy going there i always have problems

A bank is a bank BUT, the staff at this bank make all the difference. Val is absolutely amazing. Before even meeting her, I witnessed her go out of her way to do things way above her position for clients when other staff were "too busy". She was equally as busy. When I had a fraud charge on my account I received the same service. She is an asset for this company. The other ladies that work the front teller office are also very pleasant and helpful. Thank you.P.S. If Chase trained and found people like they have at this branch, for their online home loans, they might still have my mortgages but, that is a story for another time :)

I don't know why Chase has such poor ratings, but ever since I moved from California to Carson City, Nevada, Chase office manager and tellers have always been helpful with all my accounts with attentiveness, assurance in accuracy, efficiency, ease of execution, pleasantness and helpfulness. I appreciate their great customer service and attention to detail. I definitely would recommend this branch to everyone.

I go in about once a week to get quarters they never have them and an elderly couple was trying to turn in coins for their account and was told the vault was full of coin they can't fit it I try to get quarters then they have no coinsEdit: wish I could do 0 stars
