Thought this was a great place until they sold me some hardware that apparently didn't work. Went back to return this unusable item, just to tell me they don't do returns. Wow. And so upset I was that I gave them the hardware back, because what am I going to do with it ? A respectable place would have said something like, " you paid for it it's yours"... Instead they took it back and put it back in their warehouse to sell it to someone else. Guess someone else will get shafted by these guys. Now you know.Won't shop here anymore.

I talked with Ron, and worked with Larry to fix my desktop. They are great! Larry quickly discovered what was wrong and had a quick and inexpensive fix. Thanks, Larry! You're the best ~ Nancy Epstein

Donated a couple of old computers. They teach kids how to repair them and then sell them to fund the program. Non-profit. Friendly and helpfu)

Worst experience ever! If you are wanting to know what's wrong with your computer before repairs are actually done, make sure to specify "DIAGNOSTICS ONLY". Otherwise, they will just do whatever repairs they want and then charge you for it without giving you an option first. Then when you confront them about how misleading the "DIAGNOSTICS" process is, the tech, who gave me their name as Christy, will argue, and roll his eyes. This tech should not be doing customer service! Ron N. was very nice and took accountability for their mistake. Too bad the tech came out to make it worse. They did offer to "eat it" or remove the hardware they installed but I made it known that it was not about the money and it was about the option that I was not given. I paid the invoice regardless but they missed an opportunity to make more money since I specified, and Ron even made notes on the order, that "I wanted to look at options for upgrades". CHA CHING! but no......... now they lost a loyal customer as well. Thanks.Good Luck to anyone who shops there.

I lost three of my laptops and a flash flood recently and my move up to Carson City and I simply didn't have the money to replace those $1500 machines. Luckily, I found this place: they had lots of good dell, Hewlett-Packard, Apple, Lenovo, ThinkPads And other professional laptops at a decent price from $95 up to a couple hundred. They have a great selection of accessories and displays at prices about $.20 on the dollar for the equipment. I was very happy with my dell latitude 6350 laptop purchase for $240. If you need to get a laptop for your kid or student or home use, this is a great value, the staff was very helpful, the hardware and software was properly refurbished, and I will definitely shop here again.

I am all about helping a small business but wow these "volunteers" were just rude and disrespectful. They gave my husband a box of items for sale and then we were going to check out some items and they literally swiped one away from my husband while we were at the checkout desk and said you can't buy that. WOW! Customer service skills r definitely not there! Small businesses with employees or volunteers that act like that RUIN it for small business owners like myself. I would NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone. I hope that they get training on how to handle customers.

For a $95 dollar Dell laptop the people working there went out of their way to get me online.

My first time in this computer and laptop refurbished outlet. This non profit organization exists to provide a pathway for folks that can't afford new equipment but need a hand up to obtain quality equipment for there needs or I hear they have a program were you can even volunteer to work down the price. Great staff and no pressure to buy. All money's go back into community to help those who are in need_of a hand up. Thanks computer Corps. I will be back in again soon

Very friendly service. Most of the staff, I believe, is volunteer. They are still very helpful. My son's computer got dropped off, the tech was on vacation, responded when he got back, we are still waiting on resolution but believe it will be accurate and on point. Affordable solution offered, as well as volunteering opportunities! They welcome volunteers ages 9-99 for computers, upgrades, tech support. What an amazing group!
