They take the time to answer questions and help customers decide. Service is completed very quickly and is very reasonable, offering the best hourly rate. Work is done professionally, with bikes cleaned to look new. The bikes themselves are described as excellent and awesome. However, one experience noted that employees seemed annoyed, tired, or stressed during a test ride, making customer service attitude uncertain. Despite this, the shop is highly recommended by others who are beyond happy with the service and find the workers fantastic. Customers are very glad the shop is near them and enjoy going inside.

Bought two e bikes . Guys in the shop helped us find bikes to suit our needs. As we are both seniors it was very helpful. Took the bikes to the Alabama hills. Rode two days. Had an absolute blast.

After a test ride, I don't think an e bike is the best fit but the employees were very nice and took the time to answer my questions and help me decide on what kind of bike I'm looking for.
