Unpleasant and bordering on discriminatory.
I have a chronic condition and had a flare up of pain for the past four days with no end in sight. So today, at 1pm, my doctor sent in my prescription to this pharmacy.
At 5pm, I attempted to call the automated system but the automated system was unable to help me.
At 530pm, my family member went in to retrieve my medication and was told it wasn't even in the bottle yet. Upon questioning, the pharmacy person said "Well, is the patient insured?" My relative didn't know whether or not I was and asked why it mattered, so the pharmacy person replied with "If the patient is uninsured, we don't even bother filling their prescription because it wastes our time. If they can't afford insurance, they probably cant afford the medicine."
I would have given them a one star, but when my relative returned to the pharmacy half an hour later, they let him cut the line because of the inconvenience.
TLDR : Do not go here if you don't have insurance because they think you're a penniless bum who can't afford the medicine you need.

I have never waited less than 15 minutes to pick up a prescription that's ready, and I've often waited more than 30 minutes. Slowest staff I've ever seen in a pharmacy, don't come here if you have less than 20-25 minutes to burn.

Customer service was lacking in attentiveness and speed. Pharmacy staff did not seem to care and I ended up waiting twice as long as I was told as they "forgot" that I was there waiting.

The absolute worst and slowest service at the pharmacy. Was told to sit and wait, 5 minutes they said! Ignored over half an hour. No excuses. You can see me sitting there, and I'm not doing it for fun.

Keira at the pharmacy should not work in customer service. A horrible person to put out in the public. Most people are not feeling good when they come to a pharmacy, a little kindness would not be difficult. She talked badly about my husband to her coworker, in earshot of him. This experience with her has made us switch pharmacies for good.

The pharmacy has incorrectly filled both mine and my spouse’s prescriptions at least four times within the last few months. They have filled the prescriptions under the incorrect doctors (not even within the same discipline…endocrinologist vs gastroenterologist vs rheumatologist) and have also filled the incorrect dosage. Please pay attention! When addressed with pharmacy the excuse was they are short staffed.

Went to pharmacy to pick up my husbands prescription at 1:31 not knowing they are closed from 1:30-2:00 because I was here from out of town. Had to pick up my husband at the hospital after a huge back surgery and wanted to get the medication before leaving town. Live on the other side of the summit and bad weather coming in. No one was willing to help me so I had to go pick up my husband first and then put him through the inconvenience and pain of stopping and also put ourselves at risk for bad weather driving home. Terrible policy and customer service!!

I needed my prescriptions as soon as possible and they expedited the process and had it ready within an hour. They are always professional and consistent and that's what sets them apart from other pharmacies. I won't go anywhere else, they've handled my needs better than any other place has. On top of that, they treat their customers with kindness and respect.

Aug. 24, 2023 . I waited an hour in the drive thru after the pharmacy's lunch break. I was the 3rd car in line, after 40 minutes the 2nd car left. I was now the 2nd car and once it hit and hour, I was ready to leave. The lady in the car at the window was there even longer. The window never opened to help her. I had to honk and make the lady at the window leave so I could get out. I noticed the window had a board up so you couldn't see inside the building. This is not the first time I have had to wait this long. NEVER AGAIN, I will waste my time with this place.

Went there to get my insulin but the boy working there never put it into my bag. Put the needles in bag but no actual medicine.

Fiance sat at the driveup and rang their bell 8 times until someone answered 30 minutes later. They then wanted her to come in even though she told them she had COVID. They didn't care, they were "short staffed" and still wanted her to walk in there and come to the counter where they aren't wearing masks. Wonder if their customers know that the employees are willing to get them sick because they don't want to handle drive up customers.
