“Overall, I was helped pretty decently. There wasn’t a lot of staffing when I went in during the middle of the week in the afternoon but that’s OK. The front desk guy was really nice and helpful. I got my dash cam installed, would you need to turn around and go to the side of the building, but the guy was really nice and efficient. I would definitely recommend getting a dash cam installed from these guys if you need to.”

“David is one of a kind. David is someone who, if you have questions, needs, issues- go see David. He provides such quality top notch service, gives very well explained details when talking about different services and products, knows his job in and out, and truly makes you feel heard and helped when he is working with you. He gave my husband and I his work phone number to text him if we have questions... and I never want to be "that customer" however we had a situation and questions and I text him around 8pm, and he got back to me immediately letting me now he was in the office the next morning and will get back to me asap. And HE DID! He followed up, worked with me, answered questions, and truly took the time over the phone to give me his best service. Then went into the store, and he was right there waiting for me and helped me fix all the issues. He works very hard to provide true top notch service. Honestly, can't say enough good things about him! Thank you David! The service my husband and I have received every time we go into this Verizon Store, completely changes my views and thoughts when it comes to now-day customer service. Since I wrote the post below They have replaced that person who thought they were manager material.
I live down the street and I have been shopping there a long time. The people who ran the store before are back running the store. The aisles are kept clear of debri and product waiting to be put on the shelves. They are well stocked and very professional. I'm greatful that the 7-11 Corporation took my complaint seriously.
This 7-Eleven has the worst and rudest manager for convenience store I have met in 5 years.
I think they changed management the person managing the 7-Eleven right now is a weight around the corporation of the 7-Eleven. They do not care about the disabled business and they do not set up their store for the disabled in their and their business.
They're not friendly at the checkout and they don't even promote their own 7-Eleven app. Their money machine is pushed so far back in the store if you're disabled they keep so much stuff around it you can't get back there to get what you need. On delivery day they block all the aisles but one for a person to get up and that is not an ideal situation for disabled. I have shopped there 5 years and I won't be going back to that 7-Eleven. If you drive you need gas that's a different story but I wouldn't purchase anything from inside that store.”

“I went in and the service was extremely good. The price was reasonable and the fixed my cracked screen on my s24 ultra within 1 hr and my phone came great. I also made the mistake of over tipping him 479 the price of what the phone was to fix. The manager was honest and called me to come back in and refund the mistake. I would recommend them. Because of there honesty and how good they treated me.”
