This company came into the home I was renting without asking, or letting me know they did it, before my lease was up. Terrible. This woman talks down to you, like you're garbage, as if she has been tainted for decades by squatters. I 100% do not recommend renting from this company. Not worth it.

I rented for three years with this company. There is a reason they have horrible reviews. Run away. I am in the process of talking to an attorney. Otherwise I would share full details. Know those details are soon to come.

Emerald Realty found me a beautiful condo at South Lake Tahoe after a long hot day of apartment search through other realtors. Thank you Nicki and Danielle! They have always been extremely responsive, helpful and friendly. They have been my realtor for 6 years and have never failed to be both professional and agreeable.
