I've never experience such awful costumer service in my life. They requested i use the self service kiosk, despite me telling them multiple times that i was more than ok paying the fee for them to print it. When, inevitably due to the size of my documents, their little ipad froze, I was met with attitude from a young employee. The older lady working there was very obviously hating her job and the young lady just didn't want to work. I left after 45 minutes of fighting with an ipad. I went to UPS down the street and my documents were printed within 5 minutes.

Walked in and Jennifer immediately made me feel like I was doing something wrong. When I tried to clarify what I needed she was even worse and started speaking slowly like I was an idiot. She was rude and kind of hostile. Thankfully she left for something and the other two ladies who were super kind and helpful.

Assistant "Manager" Julie should not be managing anything, nor should she be working in any sort of customer service capacity. I am a frequent FedEx customer. I requested a package (medication requiring refrigeration) shipping overnight on ice be held at the FedEx Office Print & Ship Center on William Street for pick up. For some reason, my FedEx tracking information stated the package was held at the Sparks location. Instead of actually checking the tracking number, Assistant "Manager" Julie stated she could not help me. She stated, "all I can do is put you on the phone with customer service. It's out of my control." Frustrated, I left and went to the Research Way FedEx location. Fortunately, the staff here were actually helpful and informed me the package was, indeed, held at William Street. I returned to the location where Julie proceeded to inform me that I am rude. I sympathize with the unfortunate staff who are subject to this "manager's" wrath and any customer who catches her on a bad day.

This one store has persuaded me to stop using fedex all together. The entire staff seem to be mentally slow and are extremely rude, especially the heavy guy with curly hair. They will charge you extra paper? And space? To do a return on a $5 item IN ITS ORIGINAL SHIPPING PACKAGING. Systems are always down. Be sure to prepare for an hour to send one thing and spend an arm and leg. Ridiculous.

Fast and easy Fed Ex shipping office. Parking is easy, except when the Starbucks is crowded. Just park on the street then. I bring in my pre labeled and paid packages and off hey go no prob! Never much of a line to wait either.

ABSOLUTE WORST PRINTING SERVICES!!!!!! submitted an order through Canva for pickup as it was an urgent order. FedEx complete messed up the cutting (business cards)!! The store not Canva. Employee kept telling me they’re busy with a bigger order and I’d have to come back to get it fixed, I DROVE AN HOUR TO GET HERE!!!Do not waste your money here!

Love their work but no way to contact the print shop SUPER frustrating. . FEDEX. get a clue. then when you call the google listed number it takes you to Fedex and won't let you out of the circle of questions GRRRR>. It only lets you connect with an AI assistant for shipping .... Not the print shop !!! Super sucky!

I needed 12 color copies, so I brought them in on an external hard drive. It would not work on their self use stations. So I went to ask for help.There was an employee and a manager at the front desk. Neither one knew what a external drive was. The manager asked me if the hard drive was a box, a one drive, or a dropbox? I said it's portable storage with a USB connection, but the "print from usb" is not working. She said they can only print from a thumb drive, sorry. I know you can email your files to fedex and they'll respond with a code that you can print from, so I go over to their pay-to-use computers and send it to the FedEx email address. After 10 minutes of waiting for the retreival code, I ask the employee how long it takes for the retreival code? She says "anywhere from 1 to 5 minutes. It's not quick. Sorry."I see another woman working in the back and ask her if whe could help me print. She says of course, plugs the external hard drive in, and prints my stuff. No retreival code. No going home to transfer it to a flash drive. Thank you for actually helping me, Marie. The other employees need to find another line of work.All in all, I paid around $16 and spent half an hour getting 12 color copies. Will just go buy a color printer next time.

I had a major last minute print job that we forgot to order earlier. The prints look amazing and the customer service was top notch. I was very impressed. Julie we welcomed me to the store and again had some of the best customer service I've seen. It seem like you have am amazing team. Good job and Thank you!!!

Woman who runs this store is rude and refuses to help guide self serve printing. Staff is painfully slow. We walked out and went to Walmart and staff was excellent at showing us how to navigate printer. I wouldn't recommend this business if you are in a hurry. Took me 2 trips and an hour of my time to receive 3 printed photos for 6 bucks.
