Been coming here for years...nice big facility. Lots of equipment and never feels too packed. You can spread out on the machines without having too many people on top of you, which is nice. My experience with a Personal Trainer was not good though. Although the results were good, he had an obvious steroid, anger management issue! At $350 a month you'd think I would've been treated better. I'm a very tolerant person and forgave the first couple of outbursts, but I will not tolerate, passive aggressive verbal abuse! Thank goodness he is no longer there, so I will continue going to work out there, but only on my own! I would love to have a Personal Trainer again, but that bad experience has really scared me off! They really need to have more flexible packages; such as one, three or six months versus a full year. Also, the majority of the the gym is clean, except for the showers in the bathroom with are really disgusting. I will never shower there. I'm pretty sure you'd get a foot fungus! This gym is not perfect, but I still prefer it over the others in town. The other gyms might be newer & nicer, but after 6pm they seem to attract intimidating clientele, who simply just want to hang out on the equipment and/or in the parking lot, which isn't a safe for a single female.

Worst customer service. My elderly mom went in on Friday to see about signing up. She stood at the reception desk while three staff carried on a conversation and completely ignored her. I went over there to talk to them and I got an apology but no effort to make it right. I was a member of a gym in California and they always greeted people coming in. I have a great trainer there but bummed that my mom went out of her comfort zone to go to the gym and was treated like she was invisible. Not acceptable.

Most over priced gym for what they have to offer in the area. Horrible snotty customer service /“managers”. Choose the bare minimum package when you sign up and it MIGHT be worth it.

So many amazing classes! Verna is a BEAST! That little lady will make you WORK every muscle in a single class! Frankie and Lara are FIRE Zumba instructors! Shalini is the most inspirational spin instructor I've ever had. There isn't one bad class or instructor-they are all great and I wish I could make it to every class everyday.

ENTITLED employees at Prescott valley location, TO ALL MEMBERS IF YOU GO TO PRESCOTT VALLEY LOCATION, YOU NEED TO KNOW THERE IS SPECIAL ASSIGNED PARKING FOR THE EMPLOYEES AT THIS LOCATION, THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY ENTITLED TO THESE SPOTS, THERE ARE NO SIGNS LETTING YOU KNOW THAT ITS EMPLOYEE PARKING... BUT YOU SHOULD JUST KNOW ANYWAY NOT TO PARK THERE, IF YOU DO... THEY WILL LET YOU KNOW IN THE MOST CHILDISH WAY POSSIBLE, RATHER THAN ASK YOU TO NOT PARK THERE( THAT WOULD BE TOO CIVILIZED AND ADULT LIKE ). I don't pay a membership fee to be treated like this by staff, this franchise is clearly struggling and probably will be out of business soon

Great gym, but they just bought all new treadmills that only half of them actually work. I was running the other day with a co-worker, and both our treadmills stopped and lost power. This could cause an injury to someone... but other than that, great staff and atmosphere.

Used to love this place, staff was always friendly and great to talk to. But that's changed over the past year or two. Now I no longer want to talk to any of them but 1 or 2 that are still awesome.And my wife and I are more regularly driving farther to go to a less convenient gym just to avoid the negative attitudes and horrible customer service.I've been going to this gym for the past 25 years, and I the whole staff always seems to cycle through every 2-4 years. Really hoping some of these people don't choose to stick around too much longer, they really make it an unpleasant experience. Be warned, if you ever talk to a trainer or another patron while they are being trained, all mighty JD will talk to you about interrupting his trainers. Doesn't matter if they start the conversation or you do. So much for casual and cordial conversation between kind people sharing the same passion and hobbies. These people suck.Just ridiculous, worst customer service ever. I guess I'll drive a bit further for a few months and hope they leave. Come back in 2024+, maybe it will be a better, less toxic, environment.

I'm not normally one to complain, but I've HAD IT with this place!! None of their TV's have worked for over a year and ALL of their treadmills turn off right smack dab in the middle of your workout!! I finished on another machine & went to wipe it down & the freaking towel dispenser has been ripped off the wall! Rolling my eyes I head upstairs to use the free weights & I find a HUGE, disgusting pile of spit on the floor!! ⁉⁉⁉ And don't get me started on the bathrooms! All complaints are met with a blank stare & WTF are you doing with my VIP DUES!????

Cost is not prohibitive but I feel stretching/yoga space is very limited, cardio machines are sub par and it can get crowded. People are friendly.

World's worst employees - Tried to go to classes that I paid extra for, the instructor didn't bother show up either time; just a group of us standing around. Tried to use the tanning booth, employee didn't turn it on. Obviously I called, twice, from the tanning booth, so I didn't have to get dressed. Both employees were too busy BS'ing with their friends to answer the phone. The next time I asked to use the booth, I was told it was closed for no given reason, one of the same employees was working. I stopped going and they refused to give me a refund. Please go anywhere else!

Jess and Michelle are wonderful people and make everyone feel welcome at this facility. I've experienced the anxiety of going to a new place that you are unfamiliar with but they really go above and beyond to get you set up, show you around, introduce you to others and offer advice on anything gym related. These ladies are a ray of sunshine and help motivate you toward your weight loss goals. Keep being the smiling face of FF10 ladies because you are doing a phenomenal job!

Jess is a piece of work. I told her that I needed to cancel because of family issues. She said to send a letter why and she will cancel. It's been 3 months and I been getting charge ever since. I spoke to her on the phone she said she never revived my letter wow I highly believe she did but that's her excuse to screw me over. She really needs to take management training because she sure knows how to communicate with her customers. Please don't go to that gym unless you want to donate your money.. smh
