Beyond disappointed. Closed whenever they choose, posted hours seem to be incredibly inconsistent. Every time I head over closed early or not even open. Hate to see it cause it genuinely is affecting my supplements for the gym. My only other option is to drive to Reno. Quite frustrating

Sign on store says that GNC doesn’t open until 11 am on Sunday. Waited 15 minutes past 11 and store was not open and no answer on the phone

GNC has always been a good store. The new manager on Topsy makes it exceptional. He takes customer service seriously and provides knowledgeable advice.

Everyone should check what the new manager has done to this GNC location. It’s clean and staff is knowledgeable! 100% about every customer who enters the store.

So not welcoming... over priced and has no variety! Beware when paying!! They add a donation, without even giving u an option. I have no problem donating, only if it all goes towards the foundation. Not for some big wig to profit off.

Worst GNC ever! I've tried coming to this exact store on several different et occasions all attempts were during their open hours and everytime they were closed or had some ridiculous time saying "will be back" at an absurd time

I stopped in just to purchase a small item. When I was greeted by a political statement placed on the debit/credit card machine. I told the young man that I would not patronize this story again, but after a discussion with this obviously educated young man about geopolitics, unlike his manager, I would give this business another chance. Just a note to owners, don't hire uneducated hakes with political views.

Store is never open til 6pm as advertised on Google. Stopped by the last 2 days on my way home from work, arriving about 5:40ish. Reading all these wonderful reviews, I'm amazed this location is still open(if it ever is).

Have had to drive an hour to come to this store for an online pick up and both times the store was closed during Normal business hours. The 1st time there was at least a sign in the window stating they had to close 3 hours early due to staffing issues. I followed up with a phone call to ask what their hours would be Saturday since I would be in the area again and they stated they would be open till 6pm. Once again I showed up at 2 pm and the store is locked and sounds like the phone was left off the hook. In the time I spent writing this negative review multiple (5-6) other potential customers have walked up to find the store closed as well. I understand there are staffing issues everywhere these days but leave a damn sign in the door explaining why your business is closed when it's supposed to be open. Gas ain't cheap and this store is the closest one to me being an hour away.

I went on the store on Topsy lane. The store was open but there were no store personnel in sight. I called and asked if there was anybody there finally I walked towards the back and knocked on a door and tried the door knob. Finally, a woman came out and proceeded to chew me out, telling me that this is why the sigh says " employees only". Believe me, I can read but I was concerned that maybe the store attendant had succombed to a problem. So, I was so mortified, that I left the store without making my purchase. That woman should not be working in a service oriented workplace. As long as she is there, I will no patrnonize that store
