Always a great haircut at Great Clips. The wait was too long (their check-in App needs to be better) and one of the two stylists that was available was not being attentive to the customers in the waiting area. She was very distracted at times including spending time looking at her customers phone and gossiping (maybe they were friends?) The other hair stylist completed at least 4 haircuts while the distracted on barely finished one.
*When I checked in and the wait time on my phone said 27 minutes. I ended up waiting well OVER an hour.
Other than that it was a great experience.

This is not a shot on the hairdressers. i'm sure they're great at their craft.This is at corporate. However, I checked in with a 12 min time and arrived 10 mins later. I was told it would be 20 mins which is unacceptable. if you don't value my time, you don't get my business. i don't know if it's a west coast thing, but on the east coast, this shop will be closed within months.

Very bad haircut this time. Stylist rushed through the cut and didn’t listen to my instructions. My hair ended up too short and uneven in places.

My nephew was just taken here in the last day or two and I thought they were joking when they said he got his haircut at great clips. Thought he tried to cut his own hair.....now I'm gonna have to fix this I mean it's got to be one of the worst cuts I've ever seen done to a kid. It's not even close to even and soooooo choppy like why'd you do that to his hair????! You know I respect people and their job but sincerely this is not the job for whoever cut his hair. Don't take your kids for a haircut here😭😭😭

It wasn’t cut short enough didn’t realize until I got home took a shower, but then I had to go on vacation so was unable to get back before seven days was up to correct the haircut I wanted

Haircut was fine, but check in process was not. I checked in online and was told there were 7 customers ahead of me and the wait would be over an hour. 1/2 hour later is said the same thing. I drove over and there was no one waiting and I got right in. Do not understand the online check in - didn't work for me.

Amber did such a wonderful job cutting both of my boys hair! She took her time to make sure that their haircuts were perfect! She engaged in conversation with us while multi-tasking cutting their hair, greeting every customer with a great, friendly attitude AND checking them in. I couldn't have chose a better place and person to cut and style my son's hair. Donovan says he is REALLY happy with his cut!

Worse haircut of my life. I literally came home and shaved my head. Amber does a good job. Beware of the new faces you see in there if they have not cut your hair before. The girl i had today only used a trimmer and had zero finess or talent. The haircut was done in less than 5 minutes. I could of done a better job in my garage. Ask for Amber as she has pride in what she does.

I went to Great Clips today, and as I walked in each of the stylist recognize me. I’ve been frequently there for many years. I am very particular about how my hair is to be cut. Each of the stylists are professional. As I entered today Lee recognized me And asked if I checked in online which I did. I only waited about eight minutes as she sanitized her area and welcomed me to her station. It’s always a pleasure to speak with her while getting my flat top. This is my 40th year of having a flat top in Lee is one of the best stylist if not the best I have ever encountered. She gets an A+ plus in my book.
