“This is a great store with some of the widest selections and largest amount of knowledge I've ever seen.You'll notice they get either 5 stars or 1 star. 90% of the 1 stars are from California residents and blame this establishment for "discrimination" because of where they live. These people DO NOT understand that if this establishment were to sell anything to a resident of Commifornia that the state which they reside in deems illegal, they would be fined or worse. Great place to get anything from a gun safe (they do not sell liberty safes and good on em for it) to the most exotic accessories. Can the staff be abrasive? This is not breakfast at Tiffany's, these people have literally defended this establishment from would be thieves on a "too often" basis.Because of that, the opinions of the staff weather you agree or not is literally battle tested. “I was looking for a gun and we couldn't find it, he contacted me very quickly to show me how long the wait would be and I ended up settling for something else somewhere else. Well I did a booboo and tried to do a few upgrades to the henry I bought and couldn't get the magtube out. It looked like it would be a pain in the butt after doing some research and I was not comfortable trying it myself. So I reached out and he took the gun that day and had it fixed for me by the next. I was worried it wouldn't be done in time for Christmas but he got it completed very quickly. He and his wife were very easy to talk too and made the environment very comfortable. I buy alot of guns and I have to say as a woman I get overlooked quite a bit or I get treated like I don't know what I want or what I'm looking at. That never happened to me here and that really ment alot to me to be taken seriously in a professional manner. The charge was very fair, in fact much less than I anticipated. All these factors will definitely bring me back for more buisness and I hope others will do buisness here as well.”

“I've been visiting this store ever since it opened. I've bought a lot of gear from them. Recently I ordered a handgun which would be shipped to the store, and received an email that it was on the way, and "should" be available for pickup on a certain date ... AND that I would receive another email when it was ready for pickup.That date came and went with no email. Finally I drove to the store and asked about the gun.The gentleman behind the counter, Keith, checked in the computer and advised it didn't show up as delivered. BUT he then went back to make a physical check for it, and returned a few minutes later with the gun. That's great service, because he didn't have to do that.From that point on Keith was an example of what customer service should be!So Boo to Sportsman's for never letting me know where my shipment was, and YAY to Keith for terrific, friendly service.”
