The close proximity of 395 and 580 made for an ideal location for a traveler. The parking lot has some overhead solar panels, shading the vehicles. We received an enthusiastic welcome at the front desk. The room was spacious and spotless. The mattress enabled us to get a good night's sleep for our two-night stay. There were plentiful charging ports and 120v plugs. The buffet breakfast had the usual Hampton choices. We missed have a banana, though. The cold cereal had some so-so Kellogg's brands and lacked granola and raisin bran. The oatmeal was a hearty substitute for those two cereals. We would stay here again.

Parking lot is covered by solar panels. Hilton diamond members exclusive parking spots. Overpriced, the rate was $240 for a 2 queen room. Complimentary AC chargers for EV
Noteworthy details: Solar panel roof parking lot

The ac didn't work. They gave us a different room and told us they gave us points for inconvenience. I didn't receive any extra point. One of the attendant, Greg was helpful but next day there was a different attendant and she was meh. I didn't like breakfast much. Pool had cold water and hot tub was covered and not working. Told us pet charge is 75 but added more on top of it after we checked out without mentioning anything about other charges. I thought it was over priced for the facilities. I will avoid and not recommend the hotel.

Was a clean and fresh hotel room. The woman at the front desk named Allison was very friendly and welcoming.

Smallest fridge I've ever seen in a hotel. For the price, you would think that you can at least get one that holds more than 6 small cans. Pathetic when traveling and you want to at least cool down some water bottles for the next day.

Accommodation we stayed at to go to Lake Tahoe. Stayed 2 nights. There was an error when checking in, so I found out late that I had switched rooms with someone else, and had to stay in a smaller room than the one I booked. The employee who later confirmed the mistake seemed a little offended because rather than saying he was sorry, he seemed to have a nuance as if I hadn't told him clearly, but he seemed to be trying his best to make up for the mistake, so I just ignored it. The next day, I was guided to the previously reserved room and had to pack my bags again. Still, other than that, the rest of the service wasn't bad.
Nearby activities: I really enjoyed the Nevada Railroad Museum, which I visited without much expectation.

An average hotel to stay in, but nothing differentiating it from any other in the neighborhood. The staff was not very customer oriented and was more focussed on either book keeping or other tasks when customers are waiting. Breakfast is Meh!! Rooms had a very bad AC (not well controlled or working at maintaining the temperatures). Definitely could find better value in other places.

Look no further. My wife and I cannot say enough wonderful things about this hotel, and we travel a lot !! Greg, the manager, TRULY CARED about making everything PERFECT for us !! Any concern was handled immediately with a smile (Caitlin and Jake great too) !! They all created a pleasurable, fun atmosphere. Suggestions happily given as to how best to get everywhere and what to see in adjacent cities. This hotel should be a Hilton training place for new employees as to how to do things RIGHT for their patrons !! Also, loved the blackout curtains (look for them behind the regular curtains) and covered parking !! HIGHLY RECOMMEND . . .

Our car broke down when we arrived. The staff was very accommodating our needs to extend our stay.
Rooms: Room was very nice and comfortable. Friendly staff.
Noteworthy details: Greg at the front desk was so helpful to extend our stay. The pool was enjoyable. Laundry on site was a welcome chance to clean our clothes since we extended our stay.

I didn't like the room. The window was at the foot of the bed facing east with no blackout curtains so the sun blasts you right in the face at dawn and the tv was off to the right of the bed so you have to be turned to look at it and it'll give you a horrible kink in your neck, at least i did. The rest of the hotel is about what you expect: a decent breakfast, a decent pool, a little gym. I paid 107 a night. I don't think anything higher than that would be a value.
