I went with my boss (50yo) and im (20) The lady that was selling the buckets of paint made in-place was all the time referring to him as my “dad”. Great funny experience. I guess we somehow looked alike?
Also I forgot to pay one item (sorry)

I was at the Market Street Home Depot today, waited 20 minutes for someone to get a pallet down for me in the garden area. They never did so I left. I called 4 times, spoke once to a real person, to request someone to get a pallet down so I could go back and get more organic dirt. All 4 times they hung up on me. Time to shop elsewhere.

Your brunette heavy set associate has a power trip issue and is rude to customers. Talks a lot of smack for just standing around gossiping with other employees taking up the entire walkway

As a Handyman, Im at Home Depot several times a month. The sales associates are always helpful.

Their 90 day return policy is false. I purchased thousands of dollars in tools from this home depot location for our new automotive shop on E. William street. We needed an extra 1/2" drive socket wrench for the shop and went through Home Depot since all of the shop tools are predominantly Milwaukee and we knew that if it was defective (which has happened before) that we could return it. Well the screws in the ratchet head were stripped and the first turn it all fell apart. Since we are busy we have not had an opportunity to return it in a month or two. Certainly within the time frame.
Instead of ordering us a new wrench, they told us that they cannot help us and we had to go through Milwaukee even though I can certainly buy a new one from them.
Horrible customer service and our store as well as myself personally will never go back to Home depot. Lowe's is an equal distance to our shop. We will shop there and will be canceling our home depot prox account.
All over a $75 socket wrench.
We will also be placing a formal complaint with corporate. Many thanks!

Lazy horrible rude employees. Called to see if they would refill a propane tank, not exchange, and was told yes. Drive 20 min there to be Rudly told no filling only exchange.

A place to find all kinds of tools! And kind people for your help! De. There is the variety of things they sell here that are very accessible to the buyer's taste! Wood! Doors everything you need to remodel or build a house! I think it is one of the places where it is most common among those who work in this remodeling and construction trade.
