I waited 23 minutes for an associate that never showed up to cut lumber for me. So I left. I ended up going to Lowe's and I was in and out with my cut lumber in about 6 minutes.
I was extremely unhappy with home depot and I will probably never try Home Depot again. At least not this location.

I thought Home Depot was the place where your average home DIY-er could come and ask for help with a project. Apparently not. I was made to feel stupid for approaching the Pro Help Desk and asking which lumber to use when building my board & batten wall. I ended up asking an elderly gentleman from the paint section to help me. I regret purchasing the materials from Home Depot and will not ever be back. Crying in my car on the way home from the store was not in my plans for today….

People at the pro desk always seem too busy. Everytime I call the customer service desk Noone answers. Can't get work done or order what's needed. Also online design for orders is hard and confusing, when you make an online purchase it charges you multiple times and doesn't show what it's for. Makes it hard to itemize what you bought and show what it was for. Also when I tried to get itemized receipt for everything the system couldn't do it.
