If you need to find something...I found out asking someone over 40 seems to have the answers that are correct. Other then that....pretty good customer service in person. Phone services sorta lag on understand things. Clean bathrooms always so far.

Shopping at Home Depot in Carson City off of Jacks Valley is a very stocked store, products seemed to be dusty as the Cashier's seemed to comment on my purchases. Makes you wonder if the products are old???

My husband & I had exceptional service from Dylan at Home Depot. Dylan very carefully cut pegboard pieces for us. We'll be hanging up our tools in the garage. Thank you, Dylan & H.D.

I’ve been doing a 6 month renovation that involved a TON of trip to HD. The staff has been great. This evening, in particular, everyone I talked to in the store was friendly and helpful.

Good place for household items. Lots of tools and fasteners, plywood, and other types of lumber, trim, etc. The store is big, so prepare for lots of walking.

I bought a set of patio furniture on clearance and was told it could be delivered. I went to the service desk, paid for the furniture and the delivery and scheduled a delivery date. When the item didn't come, I called the store and spoke to a manager who told me they couldn't deliver clearance items and had put the furniture back on the floor and sold it to someone else without bothering to call me and let me make other arrangements to get it to my house. They best he could do was apologize, which wasn't good enough. I have no tolerance for poor customer service, so I won't be going back.

There are a lot of employees there that don't know where anything is and they have to look it up on computer and there are ones that are just too lazy to let you know or see you coming towards them and run away wish I would have more knowledgeable employees especially for a Home Depot

I went into The Home Depot, to look for a lighting remote control compatible with the Google Home app, and each time I saw an employee in the isle I was in, I tried to ask questions but the employee would take off as soon as I started to approach him/her, then I realized that they were all security, and realized I was being watched as if they thought I was trying to steal something, so I just walked out of the store, extremely upset, probably being followed by them...I don't steal, and I don't like being treated like a criminal whether loss prevention approach me or just follow me...If I could give a Negative review, I would give -5...

If you want to run in for a quick shopping experience this isn't the place. It's hard to get help while staff is chatting with one another

Love home depot, the staff are kind and stay out of my way. That's what I like about the place. Most others need assistance with things and from what I have seen they are on it.

Ok.I have seen this location on bad days. This last trip was different. Every employee was friendly and informed, even when they were busy. The store was stocked and zoned great.I would say there is a real reason to go to this store and it's obvious that it is their management team.Great culture and service.

If I could give it -5 stars it would have already received it. I showed up to pick up my husband's brand new traeger grill and he had specifically requested one that was not built. However, when we arrived we had gone into the customer service area without knowing and looked at the name on the grill, at that moment Traci from customer service came up to us and asked us what we were doing and what did we need. We stated we were just trying to pick up an order. The woman rudely told us well you can't be back here and slapped up the metal chain. She proceeded to be rude to customers huffing about having to answer phone calls, rolling her eyes. She did not have a good attitude while we were there. A staff needed to simply grab something from behind the counter and she was rude to her so the staff walked away. She then told one of the male staff to go take care of it for her since she just left her things there. And when we finally went to get the traeger they told us they did not have any in store that were unassembled. We said that we specifically did not want it assembled and She said because it was an online order we have to call the store and tell them not to assemble as if it was common knowledge. Even though online it says that to put it together is $100 fee. I asked Traci if we couldn't just have it delivered she asked where I lived and I told her and she stated we don't deliver all the way down to Hawthorne. The only thing she could do for me was put down my father's name as the new pickup person and give me $53 back. I don't know what the $53 was going to do from ordering a $600 traeger. I then had to leave empty-handed without my husband's new traeger and had to arrange for my father to come all the way from yerington to get the grill for me. When my husband called customer service to complain about how I was treated he was on the phone for 15 minutes on hold and when someone finally transferred him they picked up the phone and hung up on him whether by accident or not he was very upset. He then called back a second time and was on hold for 22 minutes and was finally able to talk to the manager who apologized. However, we will never shop at home Depot ever again, save the trouble and the miscommunication and just head over to Lowe's. Not impressed at all and have been a loyal customer for years.
