We originally called ILS in September. We heard nothing back after 2 calls and I had given up. In late Oct, we receied a call from Kenny. Turns out they discovered there was a problem wiht messages not being sent properly. Instead of just letting it go, they went through the book and called back those that they hadn't reached out to. I was one of those individuals. They came out to the house, gave me an estimate to move my safe and made an appointment for the following week. Their crew cam out, they we very professional and safety conscious in addition to making a successful effort to not cause damage to my walls or floor. The were also fast and efficient. We had been ghosted by multiple safe and moving companies so it was wonderful to get someone who followed through and did a great job. We are thrilled that the massive safe is out of the house. Give them a call if you need something big moved. They are wonderful.

I had originally left a less than positive review for this company after a scheduling snafu that left us in the lurch. I lamented that they did not appear to value a small customer equally with larger higher paying customers. Well, I couldn't have been more wrong. Within an hour of posting my review, they reached out to me to make it right. They apologized profusely, and the owner himself is going to make the move for us tomorrow as scheduled. I am not afraid to admit when I'm wrong, and I was absolutely wrong about ILS. I won't hesitate to recommend them and would use them again.
