“When we called to see what service would be and get info they scheduled us an appointment for the next week. They called back and said that they could come the next day. Nacho came out and testing everything to see what service they could offer. Nacho was so amazing! Best customer service and professionalism I have ever experienced in our small town, from the office that I spoke to on the phone to the tech that came out. He was very thorough in explaining everything and making sure all of our stuff was up and running before he left. I would highly recommend them as a company and especially Nacho!! Just amazing!!”

“Having an issue between T-Mobile and UPS. Upgraded two phones using the their trade-in offer. But UPS either lost our phones or are holding them in the Minden facility. Either way T-Mobile Corp is now not honoring the trade-in credits even though we have proof the phones are mailed. We are out a potential $2000 .
I don’t understand how T Mobile picked the carrier and sends the shipping label, yet don’t accept the proof of use of that label to honor the agreement. Luckily the corp store manager Ashley at the Topsy Ln. Carson City location took very good care of us, spending the time to call corporate and helping us with credits. She went above and beyond and deserves five stars
