Honestly it was stressful day looking around for a storage unit. Because of work i could not search for something before the big move I had coming . But the property manager on site was so helpful and helped me be positive the entire time. She communicated with me and made sure they gave me the best offer available and for that I am thankful and grateful. I saved money and I got what I needed and more.

I have had a small storage here for about a year. I had a serious family matter arise and I had to find a place for mine and my 4 year olds belongings quickly. I storage and Lois helped me to be able to keep my kids memories and my personal belongings safe and readily available when the time came that I could get a new home for me and my son. She was very sweet and accommodating as well as understanding! Thank you Lois and Carson I storage for your help, without it I would have really nothing left of belongings and things.!

This place is the worst to store a trailer! The gates don’t work, they dug deep trenches around my trailer with no warning and flooded it and made it sink into the mud. I storage will not return my calls and complaints. Office is always closed. Had to have construction company pickup and move my trailer so I could get it on my truck.
All of this and they have people living out of the storage units and stealing my propane bottles.

The woman at the front desk was so friendly and helpful in getting units transferred and up to date after my father-in-law passed away. We are from out of state and she made things happen efficiently and with a fantastic attitude. So very thankful.
