I was able to book my unit completely online and get a unit double the size I was at U-Haul for the same price. When entering through the gate, it greeted me by my first and last name Upon using my gate code. I was impressed with how large and clean my unit was and was greeted by the manager Candice who was doing her rounds that morning. So far, I am extremely impressed with the facility and look forward to continuing to rent here in the future!

The storage facility is ok at best. A little over priced. Felt a little frustrated with the main gate being broken and out of service for months and months. Still not working when I left. They charge customers enough to have the gate replaced. But the security was sufficient enough. I would advise shopping around or at least check to see if the gate has been repaired or replaced. It would be nice to see where all the money is going in property maintenance.

The iStorage facility at 1179 Fairview Dr in Carson City, NV is a great option. The location and access to the unit was very convenient. The online payment system was user friendly. The termination process is simple as well. Thanks, Tara.

Honestly it was stressful day looking around for a storage unit. Because of work i could not search for something before the big move I had coming . But the property manager on site was so helpful and helped me be positive the entire time. She communicated with me and made sure they gave me the best offer available and for that I am thankful and grateful. I saved money and I got what I needed and more.

I have had a small storage here for about a year. I had a serious family matter arise and I had to find a place for mine and my 4 year olds belongings quickly. I storage and Lois helped me to be able to keep my kids memories and my personal belongings safe and readily available when the time came that I could get a new home for me and my son. She was very sweet and accommodating as well as understanding! Thank you Lois and Carson I storage for your help, without it I would have really nothing left of belongings and things.!
