I ordered 14 skeins of yarn for curbside pick up. All items said in stock online for the carson store. I later get a message that 9 out if the 14 were no longer in stock!? In the matter of an hour? So they canceled those items, waiting to see what the bank is charged. Also, the website and app are not good. They lock up and obviously say there are items in stock when there isn't. I tried to call and it just rang and rang. So id say if you really need a color of yarn, go in store and buy it. Don't do it online for pick up.

Used to be decent with good staff, now most of the employees I've encountered either have no idea how to answer any question you ask or are incredibly rude for no reason (usually both). Managers are especially bad here.

Call for a stock check and they will hang up on you. They put me on hold & hung up on me twice. Called back a third time and they didn't even answer... they just picked up and hung up! I can hear somebody clacking the receiver down. Poorly stocked, poorly staffed, 100% disappointment. Go to Reno or Sacramento area stores.
