I rarely put these types of reviews but trying to work with this company was impossible. Communication needs to be improved upon. I text multiple times and it would not be responded until hours or a day(s) later. I even called and those calls weren't returned. I tried scheduling one appointment and it was never kept because "things" or emergencies kept occuring. I understand once maybe twice but 5 x's is unprofessional and a waste of my time. My fault for being so nice and wasting my own time. I am editing my past review and removing the 1 star if I could. I have a text thread a mile long being told that my car will be detailed. I wait, and I wait, and I wait. No response for days. I am so tired of the horrendous lack of communication to follow through on something so simple.

Jerrod did such a good job on my car! My Subaru was extremely dirty with tree sap and grime all over it. He did such a perfect job on absolutely everything even though I got the Level 1 detailing package. I will definitely be using Johnsons Auto Detailing for all our cars!

Jerrod did an amazing job on my 2018 & 2016 Jetta! I am impressed with the level of detail and shine my cars have now. The 2016 Jetta was in rough shape as we use it for most, if not all, our dirty tasks with our dog or roadtrips; Jerrod made lite work of this bucket that made us a bit speechless. The 2018 Jetta is my commuter and I enjoy having it sparkle as I spend a good chunk of time in it throughout the week. Overall, I found Jerrod to be incredibly kind, attentive, and open to bridging the gap for other services.

What an awesome guy!! First of all, Jerrod is such a pleasant person to be around. He has a very kind and welcoming disposition and it was such a pleasure to speak with him and engage with him throughout the entire process.
Jerrod detailed my classic car I was prepping for auction. This project had a very tight deadline associated with it since I was hoping to detail it the day before the photo shoot. Jerrod accommodated my schedule and was super communicative through to date of arrival. We spoke while we were scheduling, he texted me the evening before arrival and texted me while he was on his way the day of.
Jerrod's work is impeccable. Everything was clean, polished, brilliant and camera ready. He steam cleaned the engine and engine bay, cleaned the interior including the Carpets, polished the body and chrome.
My vehicle looked amazing, and a week later it still looks amazing!!
The day of detailing, at the end of the day, it began to rain. Jerrod knew the photo shoot waa the next day, he graciously offered to come by the next morning to wipe down my vehicle do it was ready for the photo shoot. Wow!!!
I'm going back to Jerrod to detail other vehicles and I'm scheduling time to have him apply a ceramic coating to my wife's 2023 Subaru and my 2024 Ford.

I haven’t had my interior cleaned professionally since I got the car 10 years ago. Now my car looks fresh off the lot and I’m wondering why I didn’t do this sooner. Very friendly service and well worth the price.

Set an appointment for inspection, and do a quick check and all, he said he wanna do some research, and he gonna text me back, after 4 more text i sended to him, never get back to me.
Unprofessional and waste of time.
Just another hobby not a professional detailing.
Think twice if you want to waste your time.?

My daughter and sons got my Subaru legacy detailed for my birthday this year. For my job I travel all over northern Nevada and in the 5 1/2 years I’ve owned it we’ve never done a full detail before. My car looks and smells brand new. They shampooed all of my carpet and cleaned every single portion of my car even the trunk. I was so impressed and now it makes us not want to step in and ruin the beautiful clean. Thank you for all of your hard work!!

I had a Subaru Impreza given to me from a friend, it was pretty dusty and with cat hair all over the interior, after a few hours I got the car back and let’s just say they are extremely detailed with their work, they made the interior of my car look like a new car!, the car smelled amazing and everything was shiny and super clean. They also made the exterior of my car super clean and shiny, it felt like I given a completely different car ?, that’s how amazingly clean it was. I will for sure be using their services again and I 100% recommend their services as well.

Just wow! My wife wanted her truck detailed for Christmas and our expectations were blown away! It was super easy to set up a call to discuss options, arrange a date for service, and most importantly the work they did was incredible! My wife's truck looked like it was right off the assembly line. Fair price and amazing results! Highly recommended and I'll be scheduling my car next as I'm super jealous! Thank you!

I was able to make a last minute reservation to get my wife’s car detailed for our one year wedding anniversary. She commutes to and from Reno every day and her car gets very dirty from bugs, dirt, etc. We have two dogs and we take them everywhere in that car as well, so the inside was full of hair. Our car was picked up by Jerrod and while we were out for our anniversary dinner in Tahoe he worked his magic. By the time we got back from dinner my wife was blown away by how amazing the car looked. Inside and outside her 2022 Honda CRV looked like the day she drove it off the lot.
