Had a scheduled appointment, checked in at the kiosk that took no more than a minute. The ladies called me in for my lab paperwork, and within 5 minutes I was waiting in a room. The same assistant that checked me in came back and did my blood work and she was phenomenal, friendly and a ninja when it came to drawing my blood. Did not feel a single pinch. I was in and out in 10-15 mins!

The reception team is mean as hell and rude. They need to put up a sign on their door that people should check in first before approaching the reception area if they gonna lash out at people. It's hella early for me and I'm half asleep and they about bit my head off for going straight to reception to check in. They were very rude to an older gentleman that was hard of hearing. Im sure this review will have zero effect on people using this service since our town is relatively small and they have a monopoly here. Now she's mean being mean to an older lady that just approached. I don't know what it's like behind the scenes but this company needs to help its workers have a better day.

On my last visit to LabCorp in Carson City, Washington St.-on Dec. 13th (Wednesday), I was called up to the window to talk with your LabCorp employee. She explained that LabCorp doesn't take electronically sent lab orders and that there are no longer accepting my standing orders. She then smiled as she said this which surprised me. I replied that I have been using your blood draw service for at least 10 years now and this is a change in service policy. She again smiled and changed her story of requirements for standing order service. It is clear to me that your company doesn't want my business. ( 1 minus 1 stars)

I was a walk-in and waited maybe 5 minutes. Staff is friendly and the young female that did my blood draw was exceptional. No pain at all! I will go back there again, if needed.

My daughter was in there yesterday 12-6-23. A Hispanic woman was EXTREMELY RUDE and then used an 18 gauge needle to draw her blood. WTH is wrong with people today! My goodness ?.

5 stars for the phlebotomist (blood draw technician). Breanna (sp?)She was nice, and her skill in drawing blood was literally painless.And I hate needles with bad memories of pain.Ask for her if possible.

The lab Corp in Carson City… very rude very unprofessional. Closes at 3:00PM we got there for a simple blood draw at 2:50PM. They told us they are closed. The door was wide open and only one person waiting. Very unprofessional.

Please for the sake of your the people who entrust their medical needs to you FIRE YOUR FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST. SHE WAS SO RUDE AND UNHELPFUL.

Arrived as a walk-in at noon and was taken care of in a matter of minutes. The self checkin kiosk was easy and then the front desk person called me over to confirm my info and then immediately brought me back for my draw. Hours are 7-3, it does not appear that the location closes for lunch (mentioned by others in reviews but no longer seems relevant/correct).

Horrible job of posting hours. They do not answer the phones, unresponsive secretaries. Drive an hour to get here and have to wait 2.5 hours for my test. Missed a lot of work. Aweful.

It's obvious negative ratings and poor customer service are of no concern to this place. I will not be back because I have options. If you have options I would suggest giving that a try before wasting g your time here.

Went for a pre-employment drug screen at this location. The whole process took less than 10 minutes. I was worried because there are a lot of poor reviews, so wanted to help balance that out w/my experience, which was very good.

Worse than the DMV. Can't call because no one answers the phone and won't call you back when you leave a message. I'm amazed this company is still in business. Tried making an appointment on line but scheduled 1 month out?

The two front desk girls don’t even look up from their phones to say hello, you’re checked in using an kiosk and have the technician discuss billing with you. If labcorp is looking to cut costs, these two should go back to working at Taco Bell
