I received an email from Lowe’s protection plan regarding an LG refrigerator that we ended up having to cancel delivery on. I did not cancel the warranty at the time so I was glad that they sent me an email reminding me. I went to the warranty website and started looking at all the other protection plans I had, which I did not order!!. I had four plans that I DID NOT ORDER!! I did not purchase those items! The only reason I gave this review one star is because it was easy to cancel all of these policies and get my money back. The policies (four of which I did not instigate) came to $578.53. Some of these policies went on for three or four years. How did these policies get put on these items? The only one I’ve ever done is the LG refrigerator. And furthermore all of them had an old address that we haven’t lived at in nine months in a different state! If you have a Lowe’s warranty check on it and see if you have other warranties that you may have and not know about. You may be surprised to see what you have and the money you have coming back!

Long time customer of this store. For recent purchase, I requested delivery AND installation. Free installation sign was posted right next to items I bought. So, all got scheduled. But, items were left in my driveway—no notice they had even been delivered. When I called the store, after multiple calls that got me nowhere, I guess I’ll go back to the store and try ti work this out. Very frustrating. This situation of calling an no one answering the phone is extremely poor customer service. If they’re not going to answer, they shouldn’t publish the phone number.

Hello I'm writing you in regards to one of your employees at the Carson City Nevada store.
My wife and I were in today on Sunday December 8th. My wife was shopping for house plants as I went up to a young blonde employee in your garden center and asked her where to locate lava rock. She looked up on her hand held and said isle 26 and walked away. I walked to isle 26 and it was BBQ stuff. I walked up to her again and said that was the wrong isle and she rolled her eyes and said "then we're out" over her shoulder as she walked by. At this point her complete lack of customer service and rudeness caught me by surprise. I walked to the garden center, looked for the bags of soil and found the pallet full of lava rock. While we did find it on our own a simple bit of guidence and attention from your employee would have been greatly appreciated. Her rudeness at this point irritated me but figured she would like to be informed where the product was in her own department for future customers.
As I went to check out, I found her by the self check out lines talking with another employee. I told her that we found the lava rock and before I could finish my sentence she barked at me "it's on isle 26". I told her no it wasn't, and since she didn't help my husband, she should know where it was. She then cut me off again yelling at me that "it's not my problem and she was helpful." I repeated she was not and she rolled her eyes and cut me off again saying "whatever" as she walked away on us for the 3rd time. I then called out loudly "what is your name" She glanced over her shoulder, gave me a dirty look and mumbled something to the effect of "Embry or Debra"but again, I could not verify as she was walking away.
I understand that employees can have a bad day but to be so blatantly rude, unhelpful and disrespectful on the sales floor in front of a lot of people and other employees was unacceptable. I don't know what your training protocol entails but I would assume that her behavior is not approved.
Now on the other hand, your self check out employee "Meda" I believe, was absolutely lovely. She was super helpful, pleasant and friendly. You should have her teach customer service to your less than lacking employees and give her a raise.
Due to this frustrating experience, even with the temptation of a military account, I do not think we will be using your company from this point on.

People see you coming to ask the question on where a product is and they run the other way. Finally you find all the stuff you need. I had about two grand worth of product.five people working at the self check out watching you check it out. I left all the product there, and walked out. I will never shop there again.

Worst purchasing experience of my life, bought a dishwasher for delivery and haul away, stayed home on scheduled day, they showed, realized the unit was broken, and rescheduled for following Tuesday, I stay home, they call on Tuesday and tell me it’s out of stock, they will call to reschedule when it comes in, 3 weeks later I get notified they canceled my delivery and haul away and it’s waiting at the store to be picked up, refused to make it right, cancelled order will not deal with them again.

There service is the worst ,no one to help most every single time, also one one in Carson city ever answers the phone try hiring staff to answer
My issue not one manager ever called me back at the store on Fairview or at corporate.they say they will but they lie many times I called corporate and no manager ever is available they insist one will call that never happened they Said the actual store manager would call that was a lie to and since they never responded to my
Damage claim a small sum but the principal of the be matter I can't get a resolution they just are the most unprofessional group of people I've ever encountered I gave up but I won't ever shop there oh and andreaasdt manager had in the beginning heard my complaint and said she'll call back she did not she was even as I spoke one single word her body language said and her tone that she did not give a damn ,she made excuses
She and all the levels of management are atrocious I'm done with these clowns there 3rd rate failures I shop at other places like home depot .
Hope they go brokebi no ever got a refund
Nor respect.
Folks save your money do not shop at Lowe's there a joke they do not care about service

Went to Lowes for new carpet in July, went over the seam placements with their staff as I wanted my seams placed in a certain location. Went thru many days for measuring, estimate, etc. Scheduled my installation around a surgical procedure my husband was having as I wanted it installed beforehand. Well, came out to install the carpet and did not have the correct amount of carpet for the seam placement that I chose and did not have the correct drawing or pad. This is after my husband and I, who are elderly, by the way, had moved out all of our furniture from the house. So, had to re-order the carpet and pad, had to wait for it to come in, and to get it installed. Now, after approximately 3 weeks after it was to be installed originally, I am still waiting for my carpet to be installed. Every time I call the flooring Dept at the Lowe's in Carson City no one answers, ever.
Thank goodness for the professional people at Keller who contract with Lowe's to install the carpet. They have been wonderful and so helpful. I think Lowes couldn't care less.
I will no longer do business with Lowes. I think Home Depot will appreciate by business more.

This morning I went to purchase some lumber that I needed cut down to size. I spoke to two employees; one said that he would call for some one to assist me; the other (Isaac?) said that he would help me in a couple of minutes, but then went outdoors to move items with a fork lift and never returned. After 15 minutes had passed I went to the Pro Service desk to complain. Eric at the service desk was also rude and tried to ignore me. But another man at the service desk finally agreed to help me. Very poor customer service at this Lowes. Since they do not value their customers it will be very easy for me to try Home Depot for my future needs.
