Service in the front of the store is great but getting assistance in the back department leaves much to be desired. We typically have to chase someone down. In most cases if I can't preorder, I'll go elsewhere.

I applied and interviewed with this store twice for different positions and was denied employment. Bear in mind I worked for the company at a Lowe's in CA and left on rehirable term. This store would rather hire people who haven't worked with the company versus someone who has. I would recommend applying to Meeks or Home Depot instead.

Everything is where it should be, so online searching correlated to the store location really well. Selection is great here in Carson compared to others, plenty of specialist tools.

I don't work there so I will not self check unless they start giving a percentage off. Tried to buy a watering can & use my military. Found my name in the Military section system, then they wanted to copy my drivers license. WHY ? I left the can there and won't be back....

Lowe's online ordering is a farce. Do not waste your time or money. They can arbitrarily change the delivery date, and you are better off ordering directly from the manufacturer. You can not cancel the order until they attempt to deliver, hence tying up your money to keep you from going elsewhere.

They came close to having what I needed. I converted my electric stove to gas and wanted a 10-50P to 110 adapter so I could plug in the gas stove.

Love Lowes. I can spend hours just getting ideas. I run in for something, and 3 hours later, I leave broke and w/ half the store. That's not even fair.

Not sure if management doesn’t train the employees or if the employees just don’t care, either way, the customer service is atrocious. Stood around in lumber for 30 minutes waiting to be helped by one of the 6 employees that walked by and yet they all just passed the buck to someone else and no one helped. This is why your local lumber yard has loyal clients and Lowe’s has a transient customer base looking for cheap prices.
