I was pretty impressed with the service provided by my sales person, Craig DeMarta. Showed up at the lot looking at GMC Sierra's. Craig was super helpful and gave us the time needed to continue our research on the purchase. He kept in touch with us via text and a few phone calls. When we were ready to pull the trigger Craig met us at the dealership on his day off! He had everything ready before we arrived so the process was seamless and fast. Drove home with a 2023 GMC 1500 Denali. Love the truck and the service! Highly recommend dealing with Michael Hohl and Craig DeMata if you're in the market for a new truck or car.

Worst experience ever buying a truck. Delayed for month+ , impossible to get ahold of someone. Then they messed up the paperwork and delayed us getting it registered. Such an unnecessarily stressful experience

I came here to see about reviews after being completely ignored for the past 2 weeks. Now I see why there are so many low ratings.I sent an email on their web site 2 weeks ago to inquire about one of the new EVs and telling them what I was interested in getting. All I heard were crickets... no reply. So the other day I called and had to leave a message with telephone number. Again, no reply.If this car company won't return any calls or emails when trying to buy a car, can you imagine what is going to happen AFTER you buy and car and need to get in touch with them?I went to another dealer in another city and got immediate satisfaction.

Poor ***************** I was sold a car with no heater. and they would not fix it. Then when I got the extended warranty, it wouldn't pay for it. I also asked to cancel my warranty and I signed the papers but because My heater got fixed after we threatened to get a lawyer, they cancelled the cancellation without my knowledge. That took about 2 months to get settled. When I got my refund back it was 1/4 of what I paid into it

Recent posting re: car purchase without receiving my check for the credit on my trade in. It is now 2 weeks after the purchase, and no check. Even worse, I tried to contact Trisha Schaible and have not even received a call back.Horrible experience. Horrible customer service at Michael Hohl.

I brought my vehicle in for a simple tire sensor replacement they kept my vehicle for over a week, a week excuses or no returned calls status or about parts. I left an email for the general manager who never got back to me, and when I left a bad review on their website they strung me along for a week, service advisor said my car was parked inside and secure That was a strait lie! then my stuff was stolen out of my van and off my key ring. so if you use this dealership make sure you empty your vehicle first, thieves and liars. I should've known when I bought the van at the same dealership it was bait and switch.

Drove away with a used 2020 gmc Sierra. Same day heard a clunking noise when parking it. Addressed it with my sales person. Due to the weather/snowy conditions I could not make it in. Attempted two days later.. walk into the service department where I was told the tires are just rubbing when you max out your turns.. bull.. I'm not an idiot. Someone else had to offer me to test drive it. Test drove it.. the girl agreed something is indeed wrong with it. Tells me I should schedule an appointment in 4ish weeks LOL. I just bought a 40k truck and this is the service that I get WITH a warranty. I need better service.. expect better service especially after I just handed you my money and my trade in car. What a joke. Brianna - if you read this message send me a cute message saying you're sorry.. and also send me a phone number to someone who will actually get something done.

Everyone was very nice. They were very efficient and patient with me. They were quite fast and they were able to give me the deal that I could afford. They really went out of their way to accommodate me. It was overall a great experience and I got a car that I just love.

Just bought a new car from Michael Hohl. I haven't been in the dealership in years. It's a beautiful facility and it looks like their inventory is huge. My sales girl is Bailey Wolf. She was really great to deal with. Knowledgeable, patient and professional and really nice to talk to. Cameron is the finance and insurance manager and was also great to deal with. Juan who I believe is the sales or general manager is a really personable guy and fun to chat with. Unfortunately because of the snow and bad roads right now I can't bring the new car home yet as I live in Reno. But they said they'll keep it inside and locked up until I can. I've bought a lot of new cars over the years and I believe this experience was best by far.

Michael Hohl Motor Co. owns Battle Born Harley. Battle Born Harley put a 131 kit on my Harley that I purchased from them. The bike $23,000. the kit $6,100.00. Now they tell me my bike is a Ca. bike and because the emissions are different in Ca. the 131 kit should not be put on a Ca. Harley because the kit will cause the Ca. emissions O2 sensor check engine lite. They have called me twice and said my bike was ready for pickup and fixed. I get about ten minuets down the road and have to go back with 02 sensor check engine lite. They should have known all this before putting the kit on my Harley and not done the work!!!!!!!! Now they act like it's my problem!!!!!!!! I say be careful who you let work on your Harley !!!!!!!! I think they should buy a $29,000.00 check engine lite from me!!!!!!!! My Harley is still in the BB shop!!!!!!!

Our experience was that this dealerships service dept. and management team went way above and beyond for us. We were on vacation in our 2019 Corvette when we encountered a minor rockslide in the Sierras that punctured our oil filter and caused a complete loss of motor oil. No cell service. Unsure of the extent of the damage, we arranged (through the highway patrol's radio) a 104-mile tow to Michael Hohl, the nearest Chevy dealer. The tow truck wait was three hours on a mountain road during a rain/windstorm. The tow itself added 2 more hours. Here's what Michael Hohl Motor Company did for us: 1. The service dept. stayed open for us on a Saturday at 5PM which is their closing time. Colin Hult, the service advisor, waited for the tow arrival and checked us in. He was out of loaners, so we were planning to have an Uber to our hotel 22 miles away and try to rent a car on a Sunday morning to continue our vacation. Not such an ideal plan. 2. The General Manager (Dennis) personally helped us move all our luggage in his SUV though the large, gated holding lot to the dealership entrance, in the process he heard our story, and went to work finding us a loaner on his lot. 3. We hadn't eaten all day (due to being stranded) and they shared with us Chili they had as part of a sales meeting. Even had dog biscuits for our small dog! Charles Patterson in sales helped us with the loaner paperwork, my insurance etc. 4. Our loaner was a Buick Enclave that allowed us to continue our hiking vacation in the mountains for the next few days. 5. Early Tuesday morning the had our car on a rack, determined it was indeed just a punctured oil filter and that I had shut down the engine before any damage was done. New filter, fresh oil and a straightened skid plate and we were on our way. Now all I can say is I wish that Yelp had 6 or 7 stars to give out. Michel Hohl Motor Company was not only professional, responsive, competent and knowledgeable: they were also kind, generous and understanding. Why would you not give these guys your business? Thank you for a memorable experience and a great story to tell at cocktail parties!
