I recently purchased a new snowmobile and at the same time dropped off a vehicle for service. Both departments far exceeded my customer expectations. The Sales team was friendly, helpful, and made sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. The service department was knowledgeable, efficient and fair. Ill definately be back for any future powersport needs. Thanks guys!

They were accommodating and helpful with a tough situation. They also happened to be short staffed this day but the guys there were always checking in making sure we were comfortable and giving us updates. Very communicative and wanting to give clients a good experience.

Becareful about buying anything from these guys. Make sure all vin #'s match the paper work. We have a trailer with the wrong vin # and yes it has been already registered and come to find out the trailer we bought is sitting at there store almost 2 months and it has dents on it. They are only here to sale once sale is completed they don't care. I will never refer anyone ever to them. So buyer beware check all vin#'s on anything they sell you.

I walked in on a saterday, it was clear that they were very understaffed on this particular day. Yet still I was greeted right away and asked if I needed anything, I let them know I was just here to look for now, they let me know if I needed anything to just ask. I was there with my daughter looking at a rzr200 normally when you walk into a dealership with your child your instantly pressured by your kid and the dealership, but not here! We looked at the rzr, sat in it although there was plenty of pressure from my daughter there wasn't any from the staff! I talked to Kevin I let him know im not purchasing right now but I do have some questions, and some how even though he was helping 3 other people at once he still made me feel like the priority, very knowledgeable about the unit and answered all my questions with respect. Against my daughter's wishes we then left to get some grocery shopping done. Talked it over with the wife and decided we would go back and pull the trigger. When I returned it was about 30min until closing. I already felt bad because there's nothing you hate more then someone walking in right before your guna go home for the day. But they didn't care they where genuinely happy to help me! Not only did they price match a cheaper one in reno but they beat theyre price by another 500 bucks!!! When he came back with the paper work I asked if he was able to match theyre price he laughed and said yea we beat it how's 1000 dollars off sound? They had me in and out in 30min!!! No waiting around for 3 hours as u can expect to happen at any other dealership!!! And the amazing service doesn't stop there! My plan was to grab a trailer and pick it up next week, not at ridezilla! Another employee asked do you want to barrow my trailer? I was shocked, I didn't know what to say! I've never had a dealership go so far and beyond for me before! I didn't have any straps either he said thats fine you can barrow mine! I felt like I was dreaming! I went and hooked up to the trailer and went back inside to sign. After signing i was ready to load my daughter's new rzr up. Guess again!!! They had already loaded it up and strapped it down for me!!! This wasnt my first experience with ridezilla purchased a 110 for my daughter a few years ago aswell and Anyone reading this that has purchased a dirtbike or a quad or a side-by-side or even a jetski from a dealership knows that this is unheard of. This wasn't my first rodeo. I've bought many things new throughout my life from many many dealerships. I am hear to tell you that if you aren't buying from ridezilla then your not getting the best deal and best experience that you can have, plain and simple. Your not going to find a better deal, and your not going to find better customer service for atleast a 200mile radius. Even when understaffed these people are nothing short of Rockstars! I will be buying from and recommending ridezilla religiously for the rest of my life!!! Thank you Kevin and all the other employees that helped me with a smile on their face! You guys rock!!!

Absolutely amazing business! I came in with a flat tire and instead of waiting an extra couple of days for a new tire, the service staff offered a great compromise! They were super friendly and willing to work with me.

Hands down the best customer service! All of the guys who helped us were fabulous!!! John was outstanding, kind and honest! He was patient and explained everything in detail and wasn't annoyed or frustrated with my non-stop questions. Nick didn't hesitate to show us all the inventory that met our needs, also explained everything in detail and was patient and kind! Even Danny, upstairs, tell him what you need and he'll make it happen! Round of applause for this organization!! Looking forward to all the memories we will make with our new Polaris! Thank you John and team!!!

Great, clean shop with plenty of inventory, and exceptional customer service. These guys had me in and out very quick for a new bike purchase, everyone was friendly, and I very much enjoyed my experience dealing with them.

Took my XR650L to ridezilla to buy a new front tire and tube and have them mount it. Muke in service dept. Was kind and nice to work with. Job was done in about an hour. Loaded my bike on my truck and 400 miles later i noticed they had mounted the tire backwards (as per tread pattern). I called Mike up and let him know, they were apologetic and refunded me the hour service fee.
Good experience and what I would expect from a reputable shop. Thanks Benny and Mike!

I don't like to write a negative review, but I do believe in sharing experience, and for others to compare or to be done correctly for the time and money being spent.
I guess the short & to the point version is that I got an appointment to have needed work done and asked for additional service for the point of safety on a planned extended trip.
I ended up returning three different times at wasted time and finding rides to get some of the original work fixed and corrected.
On the positive side, I asked if they had any sort of Senior &/or Veteran discount, which was given or adjusted, kudos... Again on the negative side, I literally gave the value back to the service writer and the mechanic/technician as a gratuity for the work/service/time on my bike.
It took a little time & miles for the issues to come to light, and then spent a few extra days for corrections to be addressed each time.
I am at the same odds as most everyone else, as I would like to have more work & maintenance done, but some of the issues could have been catastrophic safety issues on hot / distant / secluded area trip - and this is one of the main / only Motorsports shops in town. And where I had run into some of these issues with the previous owner(s). For a while I was ironically able to get excellent service from the KTM shop until they got a new owner/manager and appeared to be put out to work on a different brand bike. So my friend suggested that I came back and it doesn't really seem to be much, if any better.
Otherwise they are generally always busy from what I can see.
Do they not have enough technician mechanics, work spaces or what?
It's my understanding that they don't have a covered storage area outside the work area, so anything waiting, done, in between service sits outside in the weather.
And last but not least, I spoke to one of the Sales personnel during a phone call and one of my return visits... This guy literally treats people as a possible sale or a waste of time - tire kicker. I'm only curious what if any service after the sale would be, otherwise I would probably buy from someone, somewhere else.
I'm also not sure if I was locked out of their website as I've received a 403 code attempting to access again?
Why would I be locked out for receiving sub par repair work??
For the most positive, most of the people I dealt with or spoke to were understanding to have me back and get the issues corrected once again &/or in a timely manner from what I could tell.
