I found what I wanted but when I went to check out Mary was not so friendly. I said good morning how are you and she looked at me no smile and said fine. I got no smile no friendly face. Mary did not make my shopping experience at Michael's a complete experience.

On the many occasiins I've done any shopping @Michael's Carson City store I've always found the staff to be very friendly, helpful, & professional in my interactions with any of them. Their prices generally seem to be fairly good & in some cases more than comparable to other such retail stores in Northern Nevada who sell the same or simular items. I fully intend yo continue to be one of their Regular Customers for all of my Hobby & related needs!! 😊

Refund policy is a joke. I immediately returned an item with receipt and couldn't get store credit or refund when its a tool that can w be washed and sold for a discount at least

Went in for 1 item (glitter glue to make more bling); walked out with 5 bags full of sale items ... after-Easter clearance, after-St.Patricks Day clearance, spring florals clearance. The sale items were cheaper than JoAnns and better selection for what I needed for what I was making ... (ie. fairy wings and princess crowns to sell in my face painting booth at fairs and festivals). The wings were from another place.

The Carson City store is awesome! The service is excellent. Unlike the Reno store where you are forced to use self checkout by a very unpleasant employee, this store is full of sweet employees who WANT to help customers throughout the store.
