“No wait time for this visit. Pulled right up, staff took care of me profesnaly had me on file. I had a oil change. Informed me of upcoming mantence. Made sure all caps were tighted right in front of my very eyes and oil was new! Event used a discount coupon received in mail! Also notice an online "make an apointment pre pay discount coupon for this company!”

“Service was good. I do havee one comment regarding the coupon discount for oil changes. As I was searching for my discount, which I knew I received, I was unable to find it. I voiced this to my JL rep and no acknowledgement. I have up and paid the bill to find the coupon was sent to me via text on my smartphone. The reason I found this was because the service payment prompted a survey sent to my phone and there was the discount. Is there any way to utilize this coupon now? I've been a loyal customer for many years. Thank you for consideration.”

“These guys genuinely seem to care about their customers! I called on a Saturday to try to get my car in to be looked at. The skid plate under my engine was dangling a little after driving in the snow the last few days and I wanted to be sure there wasn't any real damage! Not only were they open on a Saturday, but they said just swing by anytime! I got there and within 5 minutes they had my car up on the lift and were replacing a body clip and some screws. They got my car down and said I was all done. I asked how much and they said don't worry about it! Most other places would've charged me just to make easy money. I truly appreciate the genuine care these guys have for their customers and will keep them in mind for any future car needs!”
