I wanted to try their biothroid as my hypothyroidism was not improving with conventional medication.
After 3 month of switching, my TSH is the highest it’s ever been, along with my T3 and T4 being the lowest they’ve ever been.
I’m pretty sure this supplement doesn’t have any actual thyroid in it. Can’t find third party or purity testing anywhere.
Money down the drain unfortunately.

Family owned, friendly and super helpful staff. Amazing source of natural alternative to many prescription drugs. Highly recommend this business.

Bad experience with this company I would avoid. They advertised a product as in stock when they didn't have any in stock I was told when the company called me. The customer service lady was extremely rude and unprofessional when this situation would be easy to fix by her simply being polite and offering a discount. They advertise free 5-7 ground shipping and took 6 days of handing time to even ship out the item. The lady mentioned that they don't work weekends and that it was ok to fraudulently advertise products. I did receive the item on the 7th day however this is extremely disappointing as for 6 days I had no tracking number and I was out of supplements. I would avoid this retailer based on the shipping speed, handling time, and negative customer service experience.... Read More

Mary the owner is a pleasure to work with. If there is a question or an issue, even during these difficult times, she will assist you to the best of her abilities. I appreciate that they are not increasing prices to gouge consumers as some other vendors have done. I think this speaks volumes to the integrity of their business and ethics.
