The Verizon facility was clean and organized, but the clerk /salesman we dealt with actually sucked. Very disappointed as she was obviously a DEI hire. Sorry, but this salesman was disabled and incompetent. Ended up coming back later that day several hours later and were able to work with a different rep with better attitude and more information.
