Girl at grooming said she couldn’t look up my dogs vetco records I would have to call customer service and request it, what a joke, no thanks on grooming keep your 5$ off

Visited last night, I called prior to see if they had an e collar for my cat that recently got surgery. Emma on the phone was really helpful. When I arrived at the store she already had the collar at the register and she offered me two different ones. One can tell she loves her job. She has got people skills!! 😉😊

Terrible customer service I was very polite called inquire about two animals. I stated that initially and asked about the first one and was immediately snapped in a response I'm sure he was busy but still there's no reason to answer the phone like that and then just like was oh okay ,thanks have a good day I was like I asked about two and he just cut me off and hung up.
So that store officially lost my business.

I was greeted by Luis upon arrival and was asked if I need help with anything. I went in for dog food and noticed prices were cheaper than Walmart or online stores so I came here and was not disappointed. The store was also in great shape. I'll probably be back regularly for more dog food.

Great place and always happy people , wish they had more sales on toys and harnesses , and more bird supply it’s always low I have a big bird need stuff for her she is a big parrot..

Brought my dog in for grooming today and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. This was my first time booking at Petco. Jennifer R. was great with my dog. I’m always nervous when I drop her off for services because she can be difficult. She loved this groomer! 🐶🥰. My dog looks and smells beautiful. We’ll definitely be back. Thanks!
